I was hit by an uninsured driver and when I spoke to my insurance company they asked me if I would like to be referred to their body shop. With a little hesitation, I said "yes" and when they told me it was Golden State, I was a little at ease because I had heard good things. I went out to their shop in Roseville and was immediately impressed with how nice it was, very clean and everybody was very friendly. I ended up speaking to the adjuster, Jesse, and he looked at everything and explained in detail the work that needed to be done. He then asked me when would be the best time to bring it in and when I explained to him that I had my mother in laws car for a week starting that day, he checked the schedule and took my truck on the spot. He was very detailed marking out everything that would and would not be fixed. After I dropped off the truck, I was kept well informed of the progress and changes to the original work order including a factory stamp that he first thought was damage but ended up being the same on the opposite side. Once they tore it down, they had called me to let me know that they were going to order a factory hitch so that I would be getting the same quality as the original letting me know that it would be more expensive. The truck was done within in that one week period and ready for pick up. It made it that much better that my insurance was right on top of it as well and Jesse worked very well with the insurance company and made the whole process go smoothly. Thank you to Jesse and everybody over there for making my first accident experience, go as good as possible! I would recommend them to anybody looking to have some work done!

First this isnt about the quality of work they do, Im not sure of that since my car never made it that far. I called them to have my car towed in to begin repairs. I asked them to stay on hold while they contacted the tow company so I could meet the tow company at the car. They said no an would call me right back. Ten minutes later still no return call. I drove another vehicle to their location where they began being very rude. After a short conversation I asked if the service would get better, if they would stop being so rude. The response I received was " we didnt wreck the car", " you have to work with us", and "one car is not going to make or break us." After trying to complain to a manager I realized no one cared about customer service when the Manager said I called the girl on the phone a b****. I grabbed my keys and walked out. I cant believe a place stays in business after talking to a customer like that and accusing them of using profanity towards their employees.

At first I was very satisfied with Sarah who was the original estimator and person I was dealing with on my claim so my hat is off to her. But it wasnt until I was passed along to Travis that I really started having issues. It seemed like he could care less of what I needed. After all the car was there to fix things that they had missed. To top everything off in my way home going down the highway driving my return visit my hood flew up on me. The technician had not even latched my hood which nearly caused me to have a severe accident. When I called Travis to talk to him about it all he could do was give me excuses instead of apologizing for the fact that the incident even happened. I would steer clear off any caliber collision center as I have had previous issues with another calliber collision center.

The quote provided differ greatly from two other quote I received. Although their quote was 50% lower than the other two, they missed a major repair component thus keeping their prices lower. For those who arenmaking repair under an insurance claim, it may not matter as you will only be responsible for your deductible. But the practice of providing a low estimate would be unfair to their competitors who attempts to provide an accurate estimate and could likely drive more business to them as consumer are given first impression that they have to lowest cost. Be cautious to give there folks your business.

I took my car here to be replaced at the Galleria location in Roseville. They did a great job and were very friendly. They sent me daily emails to update me on the process in which they were completely my car. When I picked it up, they brought it out and the process was quick (which was great considering I had my 2 kiddos with me). They had also washed my car, vacuumed and dusted the inside. I was very happy. The work they did to replace my bumper was also perfect. I would 100% recommend them!
