Second worst dealership that i visited during my new vehicle search in the summer of 2014. First, i practically had to beg to get a salesman to help me. Yes its nice to not be hunted down like a deer in the woods, but i shouldnt feel like an inconvenience to the salesman. Second, both the first person and his replacement (since first had an appointment?) knew absolutely nothing about any of the cars i test drove. Third, i specifically stated i was looking at a pretty much fully loaded upper trim and they kept insisting i test drive the lower end ones that didnt even have the options i was looking for. Not that it mattered anyway, since the test drive route is 1 mile up and down the freeway. The reply from the owner to another review about "safety" is complete BS, you will never get any kind of feel whatsoever for the car test driving here. I walked away knowing absolutely zero more about what i wanted after spending an hour or so here. Since i didnt make it to the purchasing stage here i cant comment on that. So if you know exactly what you want and are walking in just to make a deal, this place may be fine. But if youre test driving models and researching to compare, this place is absolutely hands down 100% a compete waste of time.

I bought a car here about two months ago, the salesman was super nice, friendly, helpful. It was a long process, but actually not too bad. Until we left with the car... after that I cant get them to do anything for me. The car supposedly needed an oil change when I bought it, the sales guy said to come anytime and they would do it for free. When I did the gentleman I spoke with said there was no way they would sell it without giving it an oil change first, and acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. Ok, sure fine. Then the car only came with one key, again the salesman said they would order one right away. Its been TWO MONTHS and still only one key! Ive went there TWICE and called I dont know how many times! And finally, the car is having some gear shifting issues. I went and talked to a service rep about it because Im afraid its the transmission. He wouldnt even look at it. He told me to take it to Dow Lewis because its a Chevy. Seriously? So what is the point of me buying the car from YOU guys then... to make my long story short, Im overall unsatisfied with this company. I will not be referring anyone here nor buying another car from them.

Ive purchased 6 vehicles from these guys over the years. They knew me after one and have helped me get the best deal every time. They also used Ford credits the first chance I could, and my credit score may change but my Ford credit is good - so Ford credit takes care of me! This time, instead of a pre-owned vehicle at a regular high rate in the teens or twenties - I got a new Ford at 1.9! My 1st new car! The loan made the price and depreciation worth it - I paid as much with interest for a used car! Theyre really nice. Submit an online inquiry, get a call or message, even do credit application online. I just go in and test drive, sign & go home! I drive 3 hours to get to them. Theyre prices are good by the silly zip code stuff that changes blue book these days too. They give you 1st service, and even help with warranty or loan issues years down the road. Love these guys!

After my truck was smoked by a "distracted" driver, I needed a replacement truck and unfortunately had to find one rather quickly. I made a decision to check out Larry Geweke and was not at all disappointed. From start to finish, I was treated by a respectful gentleman named Miguel. He was very knowledgeable and not overly pushy. He showed me a variety of trucks and was never impatient while I asked questions and thought about my options. Since I basically picked out the same truck, I was prepared and knew what a fair price would be. I worked with Miguel and his manager and came up with a more then fair price. They even threw in a few more services free of charge. After dealing with my accident and having a horrible experience with AAA, it was so nice to have a great experience at Larry Geweke. It was obvious they cared about theyre customer.

Went to do a trade and they said they will trade gave me a price and everything told me come back next day cause of the bank. Okay i done that they had is pick out a car. As told is we were approved and had us sign papers told us that it will be a couple of hrs tip get all the paper work. So they will. Call when done i was sho excited buying my Frist new car. They never called back we had to call for them to tell its they wanted more of a down payment than they told us than said they will only give its 300 for car they just kept pulling our legs the sales guy couldnt even tell us were had to talk too someone Eles i just think its wrong for them doing what they did i was sho hurt buy this whole thing having us pick a car out saying its ours than change it up on us. Never again I. The future going back there.

Never to return. Why? I called on Thursday to find out if i needed to set an appt for a new battery. The woman I spoke to in parts was very helpful and friendly. She said just stop by, no appt necessary and they will remove and replace my battery. On friday 26 Nov at around 1:00PM I entered the parts department, and asked the guy working in parts about a battery. He was rude and unconcerned, told me to go to service, as if i bothered him! Service told me it would be two hour wait. So off to Sears, they replaced the battery, checked fluids and the air in the tires, treated me like a customer they want to return, all in under 1/2 an hour. Lesson learned: Sears Yuba City for all my auto service. Larry Geweke Ford lost a life long customer.

Went to Geweke Ford during my lunch hour today and met the Finance Manager Ernesto who was very accommodating and kind to introduce me to Raymond Behm who is the Tech Consultant or "The Phone Guy". I needed to have my new phone sync with my car blue tooth. Raymond was so friendly and fast in getting the work done. He did it in less than 5 minutes. I really like the people at Geweke Ford, that is the reason why I kept coming back to this place...The service people are so nice as well. My guy is Nick Ruelas and he is always very efficient in getting my car serviced.... I always recommend your business to my friends always.... Kudos to Raymond Behm and to all of you at Geweke Ford!!!

Just drove off the lot with a used car from Geweke. From start to finish, the staff was professional, caring and went out of their way to give great customer service. My car was priced at fair market value, I didnt haggle but asked for better front tires as they were looking pretty worn. They cheerfully replaced them with brand new tires. No high pressure salesmen. It was a great experience, LOVE my car, and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
