Inspection was fast and easy on my car. When they were done, I decided to have them be the ones to repair my car. They estimated that it would take a week to repair. I had aftermarket headlights, so they said it would take another day. A week and one day later, I call in, and they said it was almost done. I waited till later in the day to call again, and again, it was almost done, but I would have to pick it up in the morning, and theyd give me a call around 9 or 10 to have me come pick it up. Next day, no call, so around noon, I called them, to be told the only person authorized to tell me the satisfy of my car was out to lunch, and that they would have him call me when he was back. Around 2, after no call, I called back, and he had been there for an hour. He told me my car was still almost done, and in 10 or so minutes, hed give me a call so I could pick it up. 30 minutes later, I got a call saying it was taking longer than expected, and they would give me a call back in about 10 minutes. I waited another hour and 10 minutes, then decided to just go and ask for my car in person. I arrive, and the receptionist calls in the inspector, who was the one that was supposed to be in contact with me. Wait for 10 minutes, and he comes out, telling me theyre buffing the car, and it will be about 10 minutes. I hear him walk back to a phone, call the mechanics, and tell them to buff my car. I then see two mechanics running from out front to the back, where my car was. This time, about 10 minutes later, they are finally done with my car. What an absolutely horrible experience.

I had almost the same exact experience with my Altima. Someone backed over me on August 13. I saw caliber collision as fast, easy, and reliable collision repair shop. I thought ok cool my car will be done in no time. I was told it would be finished in the end of August 27- 30 or so, ok. I called in on 25 to ask when my car would be done, only to be told," uh its still in the remove damaged parts stage, it wont be done till we are in early September." What?!! Ok I guess. Then I was told, ok ... Your car will be finished on 16 of September. That was delayed again. It was finally completed today 22.

They were great and fast!! My car went in on the 18th and I told them I needed it done before the end of the month because I was moving out of state. Well after fixing damage on both sides and an issues with the insurance company(not their problem but they helped me handle it, which was awesome!) they had it all finished by the 28th! Very happy with the fix and the time frame it took. Also their employee Junior made sure to call me and keep me updated through out the process. Id say I am completely satisfied and happy! I brought car here because of farmers insurance. 3 days before i got my car back i got a call. That the part they ordered was aftermarket and it didnt fit right so they woul need to order a another aftermarket because the my insurance didnt cover for an oem part. The people got an oem part for me and now i got a new insurance company that does cover for all oem. Parts. I was mad at when i got the call but I understand its not their fault i got it later. great.......job

No problem so far with this shop, had a repair done when the shop was under another name/ownership in 2012 and the paint started to chip off the front bumper, Caliber took care of it under there lifetime warranty with no charge, then had some minor damage that needed repair and they took care of it all in one day with follow up phone calls for updates.
