B-line has a great staff (Ive worked with Angela mostly, but all there reps are great) and Ive had my car in there more than 3-4 times for a variety of issues. They certainly dont cut corners and the car always comes back in beautiful condition. I dont keep up my car as well as I should, but every time it comes back from B-line it looks new. Plus, if you notice something isnt working like it was when you turned it in or before they fixed the car, they take it back and make it right. They tend to be perfectionists, but every now and again they miss one or two things. When they do, they make it right. Here are some Pros and Cons of B-line as I see it Pro: Great quality work Great customer service Car is locked up and secured every night They work with all insurance companies Cons: Fairly expensive (because they fix every little problem) Your car can often sit in the shop for a week without any work being done on it (they are a very busy shop... my cars been in for almost two weeks before) I would highly recommend this shop and I wont take my car anywhere else to get repaired. Remember, there is no law that requires you to get two estimates. I hope this helps. -Jordan

My experience here at Caliber Collision was nothing but spectacular! I had scratched my front bumper after coming back from San Francisco. (Darn those high curbs and uneven streets!) I called in and spoke to Hieu, who was able to get me in immediately. On the day I arrived to Caliber to drop off my car, the front desk and staff made sure to offer me a courtesy ride to where ever it is, that I had to be. I took that offer, and 10 mins after signing my estimate, I was on the way to my appointment back at my office. 5 stars for superb customer service, 5 stars for getting my E350 back to being scratched free, and 5 stars for being fairly price. I urge anyone who needs body work done to their car, to go and check them out!

I brought my BMW M3 2004 to fix rear bumper today. Actually I decided to go there after I read a review posted by somebody who were already satisfied when he had his M3 fixed in the same shop. The left side of my M3 bumper got apart(went down) when I hit my wifes car in front of my garage. I thought it will cost at least hundred bucks but I was surprised when I heard they can just fix it just for FREE. The fix was done quickly, in 20-30 minutes while I checked my emails using their Wi-Fi. I was really happy with friendly, less cost (actually no cost to me) service today. I was really lucky as I could search the shop from the Internet. Ill use the shop in the future again.

Caliber Collision used to be B-Line and I loved the folks there but after Caliber Collision bought them, service has gone down significantly. The advisors are not nearly as good as the previous ones and they also have some new people doing the repairs, so I am moving on from here.
