Horrible nightmare! … and one star is too many ...It took two months for my car to be finished and it is still not 100% to pre-accident; I am working with a different shop to repair the damage that this shop created and didnt do right. From owner to manager, there were nothing put lies and caught in action, putting old parts back on that they were charging insurance for new parts. repairs were not made to any quality standard. my car was hit from the rear, they never sealed the canal area which caused my car to flood in the trunk and in the back seat floor. They try to push to situation off as if you the customer has it wrong and try to convince you that your not seeing the repair correctly. they got the paint match wrong 4 times… yes, 4 times not 1 or 2… I would never trust this shop again.. their integrity is below what should be expected at least in my book. What shop takes 2 months for a repair that should have taken 2 weeks max, and is followed with error and problem after problem. Even the wife/owner was rude to me and responded with unprofessionalism and almost child like behavior. There are much better shops out there PLEASE do your research… dont be taken and fooled by their upfront concern and wanting to do a good job, look at their reviews this type of work seems to happen more there then just with my car. please take the time to report to your insurance companies to investigate this shop so they are not putting others in a victim situation.

I just had my car repair from a rear end wreck. When I got my car back, the ABS system was in system fault mode. Turned out the brake light was shorting out from the wreck, they pulled the housing out for repairing the body but never check to bulb that is was broken when they put the housing back. The same goes for the license plate light, trunk was hit from the wreck and they repair the trunk but never checked to see if the light was broken when they put it back together. If they would check that lights work before giving me the car back they would would prevent this poor review.

As good as an auto shop can get. Geico sent me here for repairs and was greeted by friendly staff from Geico, Fix Auto, and Enterprise on site. Both drop-off and pick-up days went very smoothly even though I had complicated situations on both days. No complaints at all about the service and the quality of work. I am a happy customer.

Your hours online say you are open on Saturday until 1 pm. I got here at 12:30 and your door hours said you closed at 12:30. Please change your hours to the appropriate times so customers dont drive half way across town to get to you and be closed.

These guys were on time & on budget. Their work was exactly as promised & my car looks great. They also handle all the insurance paperwork with is a bonus for me - who has the time for that?
