FCC has fixed my wifes 2001 VW Passat on 3 separate occasions (2 accidents, and 1 repair after being stolen & recovered). So when my E55 AMG got backed up into in the parking lot at work, naturally I brought it to them for repair. The thought to take it somewhere else never even crossed my mind. FCC is in a great location close to 680, 101 and 880 which makes it convent no matter where youre coming from. Theres an Enterprise Rental Car office like 10 feet from FCCs customer lounge, so it couldnt be any easier to get a rental car if one is needed. Their customer service is top notch, theyve always made me feel comfortable, everyone is always friendly and upbeat. For me, its a valuable thing to have a place where I can take my car and have the confidence, and just know that things will turn out fantastic. I can safely say my 4th visit to FCC was extra-smooth; quick drop off, they got the repairs done faster than estimated, and when I picked up my car they had it looking so good the reflection from the sun almost blinded me! Instead of wondering how its going to turn out, if you take it to FCC -- you can be certain, without any doubt, when you pick up your car its going to be looking mighty fine. And if its not, if you find something you dont like -- they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I guess thats how they got their Diamond Certification. If Im ever in any future accidents, fingers crossed that I wont be, and knock on wood, but if I am --- I will bring my cars to FCC for repair, and no place else. Thanks Again FCC for making my car look so good, I cant even tell anything ever happened to it!

So my roommate decides to cut off a BMW one day and the BMW slams on its breaks and I just happen to be the lucky sucker in back of that beamer who slams into her bumper because I didnt see she had stopped so suddenly.. Thank God I was only going 10 miles an hour, but who knew 10 miles an hour slamming into someone would cause so much damage. Smh.. Well I heard about Fcc Collision from a really good friend and decided to take it there to see how much it would be to get my poor car fixed (if it could be fixed). When I got there the staff was really friendly they helped me figure out what would be the best route to fix my car because I was paying out of pocket and its an older Honda accord. (I only have liability on my insurance) My estimator really helped me out and gave me a very fair price considering I was going to have to pay for all the damage myself. I just picked up my car today and it looks amazing! Its so beautiful! It actually looks like a brand new car it came out better than before I had gotten into an accident! Thank you so much Fcc for doing such an amazing job! AND they even fixed some scratches on my door from when I had scraped a poll in a parking garage FOR FREE! Without even mentioning it! Now thats a really great company! I cant thank you guys enough Im so grateful for everything youve done for me!

What do you dislike about it? Share a tip.I had the unfortunate experience of meeting an unruly employee at this FCC Collision Center location today. His name was Chris, and he acted belligerent and totally reproachable. This random, but undesired encounter began this morning simply because I utilized his imaginary reserved parking spot in the SW corner of their front parking lot. Chris blocked me in w/ his pickup truck, and when l ostensibly didnt move fast enough to move it (matter of seconds not minutes as I completed my checkout next door), he went back to his truck to continue to block me in. As he explained, it was (and shall forever remain) HIS SPOT and HE works on commission implying both that he cant be bothered by such trivial matters and that his time is more valued than the customers/clients that utilize this parking lot; never mind the fact that there were ample, available parking spots throughout the parking lot. Maybe the actually body work here is decent, but if you would like to avoid being accosted by someone who has zero customer service ethic over something so trivial as a parking spot (which does not even belong to them), I would avoid this location like the plague and perhaps try the Mountain View location.

I actually waited several weeks before entering my review for FCC, making sure the quality of work and paint was done correctly. I have one word about the work, “awesome”! I took my Porsche Cayman to FCC after the front right corner was scrapped when parked. I was greeted by Greg, the Assistant Manager at FCC, who was friendly and informative. He provided the estimate and explained the process they would do to correct the damage, as well as, how long the job would take. I was also given a tour of the work area and paint station. The area was huge and I was amazed at how clean the work it was, that already to me was a huge plus, since I went to two others that werent as nice. Once I felt comfortable, I dropped my car off the following Monday and as promised, my car was done at the allotted time. My Porsche looked brand new. I loved the fact that an area of the front bumper was fixed that was not part of the accident. Another plus, was that my car was washed and ready for me to go. I had a great experience and would highly recommend FCC for any future work (knock on wood). Please ask for Greg, he is great and will take good care of you and your vehicle.

Not a good experience at all in Milpitas location. We were dealing with a lady named Terri. She said the car was ready and when we went for pick up, our 5 year old noticed that the bumper was nor aligned properly. She had to confess that they did not had that part, so she will have to order it. She asked us to come back again on Tuesday. We had been given a rental car during the memorial day weekend and caliber collision wanted to save on that for 3 extra days. Since they could not do the repair on time, they told us wrongly that our car has been fixed and we can pick it up on Friday. We had to cancel our vacation since the car was delivered very late on Friday as well. There was no clear communication as to when we will get our car back. We were miscommunicated and they were going to return us partially repaired car if we wouldnt have noticed. We felt that they are not honest.

FCC did a fantastic job on the repair to the passenger side bed fender of my F350 pick-up. The finish work was impressive and was as good as OEM if not better which his no easy feat given the size of the vehicle and the black color which has the tendency to show any and all flaws. The staff was friendly and professional. I was given a tour of the shop which was organized and clean. It was busy and they had an array of repair work from fairly simple to very complex (e.g. entire front clip replacement on a uni-body car). They had recently installed a new paint booth which is a great sign that they are staying current and it shows in the quality of their service. I highly recommend them when considering any auto-body repairs.
