Ive been to Elite Autobody & Collision twice since moving to San Jose. Both experiences have been fantastic in getting my Infiniti G37 restored to factory new condition. Eric ensures that every detail is taken care of and treats the car as if it were his own. Ive been very impressed with both the service and the repairs done. He is more than willing to work with the insurance company to ensure that the right parts are installed and that there are no compromises to the structure or appearance of the car. He even drove me to the rental facility while the car was in the shop! I would strongly recommend anyone who has been unfortunate enough to be in an accident to consider Elite Autobody for repairs. The service, experience, and results are top notch!

My husband got Elites information from google search. The reason we chose it just because its close to where we live. We brought our Black MDX to Elite for a paint job and we were amazed by its good service -- quick and nice. And they even drove my car back to my house when the job is done (because we were not able to pick it up...). We strongly recommand this auto body shop to anyone who need body jobs done for their cars. Talk to Eric because he can give you a good discount. And also, if you want to buy a used car, you can take the car to this body shop, they can take a look at the car for you for free and let you know what problem the car has so that you will have more bargan power with the car owner.

Recently I had a small run in with a pole in my appartment complex, I have asked management to change my parking spot because the pole is in the way but that is a whole nother story.... One of my neighbors just had his Acura repaired by Elite and he was real happy with his experience, so I figured I would give them a try. I delt with the manager or owner I am not sure but the man that ran the shop was real great he gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off and he dropped my car off to me at work in Mountain View when the car was done the next day. They had my bumper repaired the next day so I didnt even need a rental. I will definaltely use Elite in the future.

Late at night... backing out... didnt see the post and hit my car right into it :(( Ouch!!! i got Elites phone number from a co-worker and gave them a call. Got in touch with Eric who is friendly and very knowledgeable about the process of fixing it. I felt very reassured to leave my car there(even gave me a ride bac to work on-time :) A few days later, i came back to my baby Infiniti G35... Wow, it looks brand new, like my mistake never happened. Love it!! If things ever happen to you, dont hesistate to give these guys a call... Really great services, detailed work, and resonable rate on top of that. highly recommanded!!!

eric is awesome owner of elite auto body!!! they do excelllent work on the car!! i took my 98 honda accord to him. with a cracked winshield and i need to fix my bumper and taillights from another situation that occurred. i am college student and eric worked excellent with my budget cost from the insurances. not only did he fix my car right quick and back to perfect shape again. he did it with in less then a day. i dropped my car off Monday evening and i had my car back by 2 o clock tues. since it was my only car. :) i would recommend him to any of my friends or family. thanks again Eric. sincerely JA

Working with Elite Folks has been a great experience. I was helped at every step of the process. The car repairs were top notch. Communication with insurance company and the car rental company was all taken care of. Eric agreed to help me with my Car pickup and delivery as well. Their staff is very friendly. I was also given regular updates on the status of my repair,. So all in all i am very satisfied with their service. I would recommend this as a hassle free repair shop to anyone.

Great final work that has been performed to my Scion XD. Make sure to look for a guy named Eric and he will definitely help you out. I recommend people coming here for their car repairs and even to just get a quote because theres up to $250 discount if you ask Eric. I make sure to come back here (assuming therell be more dents and crashes). The place is inside a narrow alley full of auto-bodies, go straight to the end of road and look out for the name "Elite". Come check them out!

I had to get a bumper replaced for my Chevy S-10, and Elite did a quality job for substantially lower cost than any other place I called. Above all they were friendly and got the job done relatively quickly. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle.
