I have a very good experience with Superior Collision Shop. When I was shopping for a body shop, I really didnt know which one to pick. I picked Superior Collision Shop because when I called for quotes, Greg asked me for my first name.That is a nice personal touch, so I figure, why not. It turns out to be the best decision ever. They are courteous. They do a good job. They deal with insurance company so you dont have to. They provided me all the conveniences, e.g. drop me off at rental car place, recommending where to rent a car. Other shops probably also do that for you. But as far as I am concerned, A Superior collision shop truly deserve a 5 star rating. By the way, read other reviews. take a look at how Tim/Greg handled those bad reviews. That will give you an idea how much they care.

Overall an outstanding experience. I could not have asked to be treated any better. The personnel were professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The repairs to the quarter panels and trunk, along with the painting were perfect. They gave me a fair estimate and held to it. The estimated time for the repair were spot on and they even kept me informed of the progress by e-mail. I would not hesitate to reccommend A Superior Collision to anyone who need car repairs.

Several years ago, I discovered A Superior Collision Shop because it was close to home and also on my insurances list of recommended body shops. I was glad I did. Ive used their services twice since and was never disappointed. Tim and crew understand customer service, and the quality of work is outstanding. They take care of things and provide you with a stress-fee experience. I have no reason at all to go anywhere else as long as I live in the area.

They fixed my car a few times and offered a great service. Last time I had a rattling noise and was certain its a loose bolt in the door panel. But after Tim took the car for a ride he suggested to check underneath the car. After they checked the car in the shop, the bottom panel underneath the car was a bit loose and required tightening. Their team provides great services, does quality work and efficiently gets your car back in the running condition.

Got rear ended and took it to A Superior as they are a preferred ship with State Farm. The team there was very customer friendly. While car was in the ship for repairs, I got regular updates on my phone, so thats reassuring. Job was complete on schedule minus one part that was delayed, so I came back later to get it taken care of. Ovreally excellent quality work! Definitely will come back and also recommend this shop for your auto body repair needs.

Amazing service. Professional, fast, easy to deal with and very fairly priced. Greg was of a big help setting everything in place, even with the rental car. When I dropped the car they had already received the replacement part so it took only one and half day to get the job done. I even got the car beautifully cleaned and polished, it looks brand new! I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
