Absolutely the best mechanic EVER. Brian is the man. Honest, forthright, bright, knows BMWs in and out and a true gentleman. He is my mechanic for life. Thoughtful, thorough, precise, accurate, fair, trust worthy, generous. All that praise, is it possible? Yes. Try it. Brian will never disappoint. I took my BMW 330ci to him after the car was meticulously maintained by the dealer for more than 10 years but I let it go for almost 22k miles and just when it was dying I took it to Brian. After the service and a thorough look Brian brought it back to almost new and it works like a charm as I commute the hill and back daily. Brian, thanks for fixing my seat motor for free. thanks for renewing my oil for free. thanks for all your advice and your friendship. Honesty pays and he knows it.

I was just about to give up on my C-Class Mercedes when it was blowing fuses. I had a serious electrical issue and had brought it to the dealer and another repair shop. They both said they fixed it, charged me, and the issue continued. It wasnt until I brought my car to Hayes European that they discovered the issue and the manager, Brian, even followed up a couple weeks after I picked it up to make sure the issue had not returned. I am so satisfied that I will never take any of my cars to another repair facility! They explained the issue to me, and were very friendly and professional. Thank you Hayes European! I will be telling everyone about you.

My wife needed new tires and the owner ordered new and costly tires for her car which he sub-contracted out. He never ordered a proper balance and the tire company who did the job didnt do it. By accident my wife happened to look at a rear tire and noticed the inside tread was thread bare after only 6,000 miles. She returned to them and they said that because she had not told them to do the balancing they didnt. She is not a mechanic and would not know to do such a thing. Just lucky she was not seriously injured or killed because of his ignorance. They also did not offer to do anything about the problem. Very poor and dangerous service.

This is the most AMAZING automotive service repair business I have ever had the pleasure of taking my car . Besides being professional and knowledgable mechanics, Hayes European was so thorough & diligent in identifying the problem with my car. No one else was able to do what they did. The estimate was more than fair but the important part was that they were able to determine what was wrong and gave me solid and honest advice on how to proceed. THIS IS THE BEST AUTOMATIVE BUSINESS EVER!!! Kudos to Brian Williams for his patience and to John Hayes for his integrity! This is an exceptional business.

I absolutely love this place! They are some of the most honest, reliable people non-the-less mechanics you will ever meet. They always exceed my expectations and even go to lengths trying to save me money. Julio fixed my car on his own time when a complication arose so that I wouldnt be charged extra - I have never found service this amazing anywhere else. You never feel hurried or leave without questions being answered. You can tell that they love their job and take pride in their work. Good prices, good people - theyve got my business for life!

took my car a few times, everytine they would "find extra repairs" that NEEDED to be done, otherwise they were not able to finish what they first started, last time my $750 estimate bill, came out to $2800... it took them 1 week to finish the job because the tech that was working on my car got sick, so he couldnt work on my car 4 days.. of course they didnt care I didnt have my car Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I have a Volkswagen Jetta and I have taken it to Hayes European many times for service. I have always found the crew there to be honest and thorough. They always take the time to explain whats wrong with my car and why they are doing the work they are about to do. Their prices are fair and I would recommend that anyone who has a European car of any kind give these guys a look.
