I went to Cooks for an estimate and they were nice. My car is older and has a lot of miles so the insurance company totalled it and sent me claim money. But when I called Cooks to make an appointment to fix my car I was told they dont fix cars that have been totalled by insurance companies. The only explanation they gave was that one time they had to help pay for someones car repairs- which didnt seem applicable to me. If they refuse to repair certain cars they should tell you up front- not after they have given you an estimate.

Excellent service. One of the best run places I have seen. Fixed the damage to the car and did additional work for now charge. Finally cleaned the hazy headlights and cleaned the car both inside and out.
