This place is so unprofessional and unfriendly. I found my car without locking beep after repaired there. While I was talking through the phone about the issue, the guy just keeps saying its not related to what they did even without looking at my car. I brought my car back the next day, and they kept me waiting for an hour, and told me theres nothing wrong with my car. Then I brought my car to dealership, the service advisor from dealership told me right away its because my hood latch is at fault and its definitely related to the collision after looking at my car. It only took 1 min! I asked the dealership do the inspection and give the paperwork so I can bring it back to the collision center. However the collision center refuses to admit its their problem even though I have the inspection report. And the guys there are so rude towards me. Is that because of the foreigner accent or my Asian face???

It took about 3 months for a project that should have taken 2 to 3 weeks. They told us the car was complete multiple times but in fact after we went to get our car we realized they were just lying to us. We ordered after market head lights as they said they would install for free along with the other work as they needed to replace the headlights anyways After about a month, once they had been holding on to the lights, they decided to say all of a sudden there is a price of $150. And once we finally get the car back, we notice the leather seats are ripped at certain locations and they want to say it is regular wear and tear, even though you can clearly see they whole car has been neglected. And we had parts missing... And the headlights dont even work properly. And they are not taking fault and fixing any of these problems.

Their Call Center Customer Service is terrible. I called them to set up an appointment. She said, "i have only Wednesday 9:30 am to 12:00 PM available." When i asked her if she has anytime that is earlier than 9:30 AM? it could be a later date no problem. instead of saying Yes, or No.she was keep repeating the same thing like a broken record. Do you have anything earlier than 9:30 AM ? " i have only wednesday 9:30 am to 12:00 PM available" continued like 6 times. which was very unprofessional.thats why i got my car fixed in another collision center.

I was rear ended and the repair job is almost 8 weeks in. No one returns my calls, I was fed bogus claims that the last shop did a bad job on my car, and deadlines keep moving. Ive never had a worse customer service experience than with Pan American. I even escalated and now the manager wont return my calls. My car is due to be finished tomorrow and I need to know if I have to leave work, but Ive received no response. Dont use this shop.

I can only speak to my own experience and its been for very minor body work, but its been excellent. I saw the same rep. twice and he was terrific- the first time he got a minor repair done for $100 and the second time he was able to fix it himself and didnt even charge me- just asked me to bring back my business, which I certainly will.

Worse service ever through AAA!!!!! 2 weeks later and they still havent changed the bumper on my camero. When we call the rep. "Juanita", she never answers or calls back. Worst service ever. I still have my rental 14 days later.
