Paint job is average. I got the Presidential and its not as shiny as I expected it to be. I always got to Maaco in Concord and Ive had 3 of my Miatas painted there and they definitely look shinier and I got the really basic paint job on it. Brought my car in Maaco of Antioch for frame repairs and complete painting. I had my door jamb fixed and they did, but they actually ruined the door itself. Now the inside of the door has scratches and dents. Paint job is not the best of course because you get what you pay for which is the half off Presidential package that they offered. I had them replace my bumper and they installed the license plate crooked. So I was really upset that they put a hole in my bumper and the worst part was that it was crooked. My fault not telling them not to install the license plate. But the point is at least they couldve used a ruler to keep the holes aligned. My windshield was covered with paint overspray and when I picked up the car, it was dirty inside and out. Never experienced this with other body shops. I was in a hurry to pick somebody up so I couldnt complain, and besides they released the car at 4:30pm and no one was there. I worked for a dealership before and we are really keen on customer service. I think I met the owner, Kevin, and he called me afterwards saying there was a part I didnt pay for when I left the car there and waited for a couple of days to get a quote for the repairs. My car was there for 10 days I think. You would think that they wouldve gotten all the information and then go to the client for the quote. I believe that to WOW your customer, DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!
