At the end of last year, a lady backed out of her driveway into on coming traffic and hit my car. I took it to WAB on the advice of my insurance. The day I got to pick up my car, I was not impressed at all. The door was still out of alignment. The fender looked like a young kid trying to fit in a puzzle piece. And, there was some gunk on near the bottom of my car. They took my car to the back and made some adjustments. Then I took it home. I still was not happy with the fender, it just was not in line with the rest of the lines. Unfortunately the next morning driving to Aptos, my car was very rough so I turned around to get the other car, because I just didnt trust it. I took my car back that afternoon and they said they would look into it. They decided to replace ONE strut . . . which only hid the problem since the original strut was only used, but fine. They said the vibration had to do with the exhaust. At this point I had enough, I went to the dealership and they found it was the motor mounts. So I had a friend install those and it took care of the heavy vibration. Till this day I am unsatisfied. My poor car still isnt back to the way it was. It creeks on that side, because something is not in the right place on the body work. Something is mechanically wrong that makes that right tire area sound like an old truck. The first thing that really irritated me was that when I got my car back the first time, it looked like they never checked their work cause it obviously looked wrong. The second, that they replaced one strut not both and that they replaced one when it wasnt necessary for it to be replaced. The last thing that bugged me is that they couldnt tell me what was wrong with my car and gave me a lame excuse of what could be wrong with it . . . when it was just motor mount. Oh and that my car is still having issues that they should have fixed. Some may say go back there and tell them to make it right, but why go through all that hassle again when it can lead to more issues.

They used USED parts on my one year old car They did something to the doors and now my car is very noisy in side my car was very quiet when I bought it to them. I have another SUV the door got scratch so I took it to them and now my window does NOT work they told me it was my problem Please stay away from this shop I am NOT happy with this shop

Worst customer services. apparently customers are not that important. I didnt learn the first time when they used a used part to fix my van.
