I took my car there because they are my insurance companys authorized repair center and where they do the estimates. They offered a free loaner car. I thought I could save a few hundred on a rental by using the loaner. When I arrived the very big receptionist was yelling at the guys in the back to take out garbage and to do other chores. One guy came out to check in my car and looked like he was on drugs, sweating profusely. He took my key and said he would look it over. A few minutes later he took me to the "Loaner" car. A late 90s Chevy Malibu. Many dents, dings and scratches. All three back windows had tint...well kinda...there was more air under the tint than glass. He opened the drivers door and there was cigarette burns in the seat and it looked horrible. The two outside mirrors had more paint missing that attached. The guy had the nerve to ask me to go over it and note any damages that he didnt see. I was shocked. This was a body shop...the place that fixes cars that look like this. I was furious. I was dropping off a new car and they expected me to drive around in this rolling embarrassment. I had no faith that I would make it to work...losing out on a days pay. I opted out of the whole Natomas experience. I grabbed my keys and never looked back.

My car was involved in a minor accident. The person who hit me was a Progressive insurance customer and the agent is affiliated with the Natomas Body Shop. He approved covering the claim and estimated repairs. We next talked to the body shop people about doing the work & found them friendly and professional so we gave them the job. Im sorry Im not better with names so I could list everyone we talked to but Patty and the rest of the staff were good with follow-ups. They gave the car "a little extra love" (as Patty says) when it came to the repair too. They found something that must have been put together wrong before we owned the car and repaired it better than ever. The bumper that got hit had a few scratches on the side that wasnt covered and they just made sure the whole thing looks great. I expected theyd wash the outside of the car before returning it, but they cleaned the inside too. I appreciated their kindnesses and if Im in need of a body shop again I will go to them and recommend them. Its nice to find people who go the extra mile now and then.

Scandal! These buffoons were dispatched through AAA to tow my truck. AAA covers the hook up and first 5 miles of the tow - we got towed 18 miles. When they showed up, we asked how much per mile for the extra miles. The guy said he would have to look at the GPS to tell us. Then he hooked up the truck before telling us or having us sign anything. Once it was loaded they told my boyfriend (not ME, the member/payment person) 12/mile. They charged up $156 for a 18 mile tow and never got my signature or agreement. I then called the company to ask their tow rates. They charge $55 to hook up and $3/mile with the first 10 miles free. It would have cost us $55+24= $79 INSTEAD OF $156! They scam AAA members! I am reversing the charge on my credit card to the $24 we should have been charged. And posting this everywhere and contacting the bureau of automotive repairs. You cannot steal from your customers. Its bad business.

My car died unexpectedly on a trip to Marysville. Thankfully, I had finished with my business first before my fuel pump (only 8 months old) died. I called AAA and got towed to Natomas. Even though I had dropped in on an obviously very-busy shop (all the bays and lifts were full), Charles took the time to diagnose my problem and run the appropriate tests. He even called the place where I had gotten my fuel pump installed. I was prepared to pay for the full hour of diagnostic time, but Charles said he had done it faster than expected so he only billed me for 30 minutes. I ended up having one of the Natomas drivers (Jerry) tow me back to San Jose. Overall, a great place with great expertise and service. Its a shame I dont live in the area because their rates for fuel pump replacement (with an OEM part, no less) was way less than I paid for originally.

Even though the manager wasnt there, his assistant was really helpful.
