Outstanding people with fantastic customer service and professionalism! I recently was on my way from Northern California to San Diego to move my daughter to college when my Volvo had an issue over the Grapevine. I made my way along the freeway until it just wouldnt stay running. I called AAA and they recommended having it towed to Certified Automotive Specialist. My wife, daughter and I were in somewhat of a panic not knowing the area and having a broken down car filled with everything my daughter needed to move into the dorms. Alan Graner and guys at CAS not only made us feel better about our situation but reassured us they would get the car fixed and find us a rental car to get our daughter to San Diego with all of her gear. The owner Gene, stayed after hours and helped me load every item that we had into his personal vehicle and he transported us to the rental car agency where there he helped unload and then load everything back into the rental car. The next day, as promised, the car was repaired perfectly and with added detail all the fluids and engine parts were checked to make sure my return home would be problem free. To my delight the car was even hand washed when I picked it up. I am a business owner myself and I strive for this type of customer service in my business. I can highly recommend Certified Automotive Specialist and I know that they are in business for the right reasons, they are in business to help people.

This shop came recommended for RV repairs. We prepared a list and dropped off the RV on a Sunday evening, once they gave us the estimated cost we explained what we really needed done because the cost of doing what we wanted was outrageously expensive, once they came to an agreed price with my husband and I paid for the service, I asked for the copy for the DMV (smog) so that I can pay for the current tags, I was informed it was on the seat of the RV. It was not with their paperwork, which my fault for not investigating it, any way once my husband saw the work they performed we were taken back by the fact that they charged over and over for labor performed for things that could have been done once the vehicle was in the air on a lift...........would we use them again for RV repairs????? I wanted to use the coupons they offer on the internet and was told they can only accept one of them, no where does it state on the coupons not to be used with their other coupons......

It isnt often these days you find a service company that is trustworthy and reliable to do work for the consumer / customer. Gene Morrill has created just such a automotive service and repair shop in Glendora, Certified Automotive Specialist. I can always depend on Alan and Jeff the Services Consultants at CAS to repair and give me the straight up objectives and cost for the service and repair of my car. The service technicians always go one step further when my car is in the shop and make her feel like a new car with the little tweaks and tuning they do while they are inspecting and repairing my car. I drive an older vehicle and CAS has always gone 110% to make sure the cost of my repair was reasonable and fair. They are competitively priced for their services and you can even rent a loaner vehicle from Sherry for the day. They are a wonderful home town crew. Thank you! Mike D of Glendora- March 2016.

I have been bringing my cars here for over the last decade. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Its hard to find a auto shop you can trust, and certified is the only one I trust. My father used to work on cars and is very knowledgeable about mechanics. He taught us a lot about cars and doing things yourself to learn. After time went by it got too time consuming for us to work on our vehicles at home and he went looking for a place where our entire family could bring our cars for repairs and checkups. For my dad to give certified that vote of approval shows how great this company is. They never try to push you into repairs or suggest things that are not in the best interest of your car. It is comfortable and easy talking with everyone and they explain things and an easy to understand manner. Also, ask for Jeff, he is the one I always work with.

The team at Certified Automotive Specialists saved our holiday travels. 30 miles into an 800 mile road trip a piece of metal impaled our fuel tank and forced us to find a local auto shop. Luckily for us Certified Automotive Specialists was only 3 miles from our exit on the 210. We showed up at 7AM before they were open and they let us in and began examining the vehicle. Within a couple hours they were able to source a new fuel tank and then had it installed by lunchtime. The cost was very reasonable and ended up being lower than my insurance deductible. Every staff member was courteous and helpful throughout our visit. If we lived closer we would have all of our vehicles serviced here.

We have been using Certified to care for our cars for over ten years. It is hard to find the right words but I hope it will suffice to say how honest, responsive and supportive EVERYONE we deal with has been. While our specific relationship runs deep and has grown over the years, I observe the entire staff treating everyone with the same courtesy, respect and professionalism. Technically, they know what they are doing and stand behind their work but they more often than not find a way to do something that exceeds my expectation. Simply put, they are collectively the greatest and I recommend them without hesitation.

What could of been a financial set back for us and a broken auto, turned into a fixed auto thanks to Jeff and his diligence and research that the part was under the warranty period and all parts and labor taken care of. Finally a repair facility that can be trusted and looking out for the customers best interest. I cant sing enough praises and kudos for Certified Auto in Glendora and their professionalism and standing behind their products and repairs. Thanks Jeff, job well done. I know I can take my cars there in complete confidence that the job will be done correctly, timely, and I wont be pestered to purchase service that is not needed. Like the professionals that they are, they will keep me informed on possible future concerns that may happen down the road. I have 2 cars with a lot of miles on them, and those cars are running beautifully thanks to Certified. The crew in the front office are always friendly and courteous.
