I had to give it a star so I could comment, but honestly I wouldnt even give them a star, my 19 year old daughter bought a car from them a few weeks ago, the day after she bought it the check engine light came on, the whole front end felt like it was going to fall apart, he told us when we drove it away the first day that he would fix the check engine light and the alignment because he already knew about them I agreed and took it back to him twice and nothing was ever fixed each time I got it back from him nothing was different, the check engine light was still on and the car drove horribly, I did buy it as is and I understand that, but he did tell me he was going to fix the issues and never did horrible horrible service!

It took me almost a week to make an appointment, then when it came to making the appointment they made an appointment for 4 days later, I show up for the appointment on time and basically got told that I could not have that appointment and nobody was going to work on my car, I tried to say that thats not fair you guys made the appointment and pick the date and the time and they got mad at and yelled as if it was my fault. I dont think they understand what an appointment is. A verbal agreement for both parties to be at a certain place at a certain time for a specific reason, very poor customer service!

They ordered supplies from my company and are very late in paying. Then they decided I was being rude by calling so much and blocking my caller id(they wont answer if they know its me). I believe that them telling myself and my salesman many times that they would pay and then not paying is the true rudeness in this scenario. They are not honest. Never use a dishonest repair shop!
