I called to ask for a price and if they accept car care one cards, they didnt know what the card was. I asked about my vehicle and no where does it say requirements of year of vehicle. And I cant even get any help without it being diagnosed. Something simple as looking up a obd code they cant help with over the phone. Im sure their survice is good, but vehicle cant be older than 13. And no advice available without having a diagnostic. Talking to the person on the phone, I said "ok?" After stating I was upset about this, they hung up the phone. Just my experience! I only have 70k on my 95 ranger. And an error code of p0107. Which is a air fuel mixture issue.

The point being, in this day and age, its comforting to be able to have auto repair and service maintenance done by someone you trust. Drop it off, and pick it up, the work is done correctly and on time. The staff there is friendly and warm, and they even have a shuttle service when you drop it off!
