Riverbed Yoga is a convenient lifesaver in the heart of the beautiful Russian River region of California. Whether you are a visitor or a local, partaking in a relaxing, energizing class in this tranquil studio is a must! Each teacher has a different style and technique which is non judgmental as I have found some studios have an air of competitiveness. Not here. Its as laid back as Guerneville itself while deeply educating and stretching their students. Im so happy to have found this friendly setting to improve my practice.

I love Riverbed!! If you are looking for yoga on the Russian River this is the place. They have a great schedule and Joan the owner is wonderful. If you live here full time or just stopping by I highly recommend Riverbed to get your yoga fix!

A beautiful new studio right in the middle of Guerneville. They have a great schedule with lots of options, awesome teachers, and a really fun and welcoming atmosphere. Love it!
