My daughter and I have been members at this gym since it opened. Recently theres been some sort of mix up with her account. Every time weve been in over the past few months theyve said there was a problem with her account regarding payment and cant tell me why and tell me that the computer doesnt lie and that it is correct. The employees tend to roll eyes act bothered or put out when I challenge them to investigate the issue. I know darn well both accounts are paid for directly out of my bank account. Usually what then takes place is some other employee will then come take a look and then proceed to tell me there must have been a mistake and that it has been fixed. Well today the same thing happened once again; however they denied her access to use any of her membership amenities.. So I once again said NO this isnt accurate and both employees we extremely rude. One long time employee then called me a liar. He kept saying over and over that he didnt want to argue with me about it yet didnt want to hear me out; and said there was nothing they could do. I then logged into my bank account online showed him the two payments taken out of my account he then said well that isnt her account that it must be someones elses account! It damn well had better be paying for hers and my accounts since theyre taking the money eAch month! I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer! Im absolutely furious and sick of fighting with them. He told me the debit card on file isnt even an active card which is completely inaccurate since I use it daily then proceeded to tell me they dont even use debit cards for billing any longer that they now use checking accounts. which I then said yes Im well aware of this change and that we have provided the correct checking info twice now for these accounts. He didnt care he was making accusations towards me and mad that I was then extremely upset. Im sorry that confrontation shouldve never happened. They should be respectful and kind to their customers! If you dont have paying customers then you dont have a business to run! Sir Your customers pay your paycheck and are the reason you have a JOB! If Im treated that poorly I wonder how others are being treated? My concerns were totally dismissed and I was treated as if I was a liar and that the billing problem was my fault and that their computer system could never possibly be incorrect!!!! I just want to prove that Ive been paying for the last year for both accounts from my bank account and cancel my both memberships and get a refund for whatever or who Evers account Ive been paying for! Im tired of being treated poorly due to a mistake on their end. All I wanted them to ever do was find the problem and fix it!!!!! I have a right to be upset right??? I hope the manager Elizabeth reads this! I used to love this gym the staff used to be wonderful and friendly now all you get is eye rolling and not friendly at all!!!!! Nor are the staff competent in resolving problems nor would they want too! I will be taking my business elsewhere which is unfortunate!

Muy, muy mal servicio, mi esposo acaba de tomar su membresía, siempre me ruega que vaya al gym con el, yo tengo en casa una caminadora y un sillón de masaje igual que los que tienen en este lugar , con el fin de deshacernos de estas cosas mi esposo quiere que yo me inscriba y tener más espacio en la casa. Ayer me decidí y fuimos , mi esposo saco un turno para la cesión del sillón y me dijo mira siéntate es igual al que tenemos en ese momento se aparece una trabajadora del gym y le indicó a mi esposo que yo no podía usar el sillón que es únicamente para los miembros y no para invitados , me hizo sentir muy mal solo le faltó tomarme de la mano y quitarme de su mugroso sillón, creo que hay Formas y maneras para decir sus restricciones a los socios, si no tenia ganas de ir ahora menos ni loca me inscribo. El personal está para ayudar al cliente y si hay algo que corregir hacerlo de una manera sutil, pues gracias a los clientes tienen empleo. Espero y no sea la manager, si es así deja mucho que desear.

Id prefer to write a good review but but feel its fair to warn people like me who might be traveling through looking for a place to get a good workout. If youre looking for a real gym, dont be fooled by the pictures on the site. You see a spacious, modern facility that looks like its normal and should have everything you need. However, theres not one olympic bar or the associated squat rack, bench/incline/decline set-ups. They have Smith machines, dumbbells, machines, and small bars only. There are messages of non-judgement written on the machines, but then they have a huge lunk alarm on the wall which describes a lunk as a guy in a muscle tank, drinking from a gallon jug, grunting, etc. Very hypocritical. I dont like douchebags in gyms but this place is obviously catering to modern, overweight America. For example, there isnt a scale in the gym. And one sign reads Well show you the ropes, along with the cardio, weights, express circuit, and Tootsie Rolls". Theyve obviously partnered with Tootsie Roll in some regard, and have a huge bucket of the candy on the front desk. I asked the woman working the front counter if the had a set up for dips. She didnt know what dips are. I did find it eventually, but if youre on a schedule and need to come in and get things done, you might find yourself wasting time because of staff like this. I wandered around looking for various things (like a scale) asking staff until it sunk in that they are going with a business model catered to overweight people. Can you get a workout here? Yes. Can you get a full workout here? No, youre limited by the companys choice to exclude basic equipment in their attempt to curate an atmosphere that doesnt offend or intimidate overweight people.

I was so happy to find a place like this at first the price was right. It was right by my school, but when I moved I tried to cancel my mebership, and They said that I had to pay a $54 fee. Before I even signed up I asked the employe idk his name but he was a white man, tall, blonde hair. I asked him if i had to pay extra to cancel my membership and he said " no, not at all". So A) I got lied to B) when I was telling an other employee about the situation they were very rude to me c) the "helpline" people didnt even acknowledge that one of their employees missed informed me. Over all do not sign up with this gym unless you like to be lied to and scammed. So now Im stuck paying a gym that I absolutely hate. If I can leave 0 star I would.

Absolutely awful. I quit going because they had a dress code that they apparently werent enforcing for the mexicans (different rules for everyone!) plus they screwed me over with a billing problem that the supervisor/manager/janitor refused to apologize to me for. Next, I tried to give my 30 day written notice and demanded that my bank account stop being charged, and the guy at the front counter just passed. Had not even a remotely vague idea of customer service. I was firm but polite. Last straw was when I went to pay my account off and demanded that they quit charging my bank. The next day, my bank was charged. Regardless if they fix it or not, Ill not recommend this gym to anyone.
