The new hours really put a damper on things. Also, my husband and his workout partners met at the gym yesterday(Sunday) at 7am, and the gym didnt open..they stayed in the parking lot for over an hour and no staff ever showed up. That really sucks that I pay 40$ a year and $20 a month(my husband also has a membership so its $80 a year and $40 a month for both) and the staff dont show up on time. I have been a member since before they even opened and now I guess I will be looking for a new place to spend my money, one that hopefully cares about their customers. And since when is this place a daycare?? Part of the reason I joined was I was assured there would be no children running around ruining my workout...have noticed more kids running around with no parents in sight, its a lawsuit waiting to happen. Get it together Bfit!

WISH I COULD RATE LOWER. After having a terrible experience with how we were treated, we heard from my wifes doctor That She should do intense workouts like what she was doing at this gym. We got a note (Since we were in a contract) stating we could no longer honor it. For a while, payments stopped. Then recently, we were charged $500 by b fit, when we havent even set foot in it for 6 months. We call to have it fixed (which it still hasnt been) and get laughed at by the lady on the other end, being told essentially that we wont get our money back. Save yourselves a few hundred dollars and go for a walk instead. Not worth the effort.

They have almost everything I could ever want in a gym but due to the recent changes in hours I have to find something else that will work with my work schedule. What I was told was they grew too fast and the Keizer gym was the only one making any money. So they cut back their hours Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The new weekend hours conflict with my work schedule making less days that I can work out. What a way to take care of customers. Right? Cancelling my membership. Very upset. Physiq fitness is now in Keizer and we can let ourselves in after hours. They also have a great promotion going on right now.

Been to a variety of gyms in the Salem area and this one is far and away the best "feel" at least for me. The staff is amazing. The equipment is top notch with a ton of variety but mostly the place just "feels" like a place I want to hang out. That is important. You feel comfortable and happy. Lots of space and its never overly crowded. Ask any staff member and theyd be happy to show you how to use any equipment or even a new move or two. I love that I can walk into the gym and say hello to tons of people every single day. It makes going to the gym not a chore but instead a treat. Thanks!

Try canceling your membership with these guys, I tried canceling for 2 months sent the "manager" an email didnt respond, once I called they suddenly switched management, emailed the "new" manager still no response. Every time I call hes magically never their. Theirs no number you can get ahold of him or anything. The staff is highly unexperienced how can you give memberships but cannot cancel. And lastly when the manager did "cancel" he said I wouldnt get charged anything and guess what ? This morning I just got charged for a month. Really inexperienced and unprofessional gym.

I am a sporadic gym user given my work schedule. I love that I only pay $15 /per month, and I dont feel guilty for not getting to the gym on a regular basis. I am able to run to the gym from my house and do my strength workout and then walk home. The gym is ALWAYS clean and the facility is very upper class in my book. I rarely have to wait in line to use the equipment because they have so much of each type. It feels like my own personal gym!

The cardio and weight equipment is stellar. Having the ability to drop in and take a video spinning class or other classes is very convenient and fun. The staff are amazing and trainers like Amanda are highly professional and want you to get the most out of your workouts

I love Bfit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The equipment is always clean, and I love the virtual class room. You pick a class from their menu and the class plays on 4 big screen TVs. You can pick your own or join in on someone elses. Its so much fun!

Gym has great equipment, as good as LA Fitness or 24 HR, but no where near as expensive. You shouldnthe have to send more to sweat or stay in shape. The staff is really awesome, friendly and helpful. Why go to any other gym? Love Befit, I am there every day

The gym is always clean and the person at the front desk always knows my name. They have every machine and weight you would ever need! I train twice a week with Grant and have lost over 30lbs so far!! Highly recommend BFit and Grant!

Great place to lift, unpleased with the change in hours of operation, was open24hours 24/7, but now has modified weekend hours, not what we signed up for, but other than the hours of operation everything is awesome
