I just had my second massage at Cloud 9 today. My massage therapist was an Asian male (Leon?) who was incredibly strong and, while very therapeutic I had to continually tell him to please lighten up a bit. He was responsive of course.. When asked if I enjoyed the massage, I said "not really" but I wasnt here for that, I wa there to get the kinks out, and he certainly did that!! But be prepared for a heavy intense touch if you request him as your therapist! My other comments arent as positive and pertain to the administrative side of going to the spa. First, I called late in the day on the 31st of Dec. to ask if they were open on the first of Jan. No call back. I then called late in the morning of Jan. 1st and booked my massage. The receptionist -both times I called - knew nothing about the massage therapists and couldnt answer any questions I had about them. When I arrived today for a "3:05" appt, I was asked to wait.......until 3:20 or so. Then I waited for about 10 minutes more after I undressed in the massage room. When I checked out the second receptionist gave me some information about my therapist that would have been useful in communicating with him but the first receptionist was new and didnt know to tell me this information. I think if the owners work on the administrative part of their spa (I guess its a franchise?) then I would go back frequently since I live very close by; if they dont work on it, I would think it would start to get on my nerves and Id stick to the person I usually go to (who I will continue to see as well but not as often). Well see.

Loved the foot massage here which also included a shoulder neck massage. The prices are great and I will be coming back. You do go in a larger shared room for the foot massage service (my friend went in private room for her body massage) but everything was quiet- at the very end- there was a rude lady that answered her cell after her massage. They need to emphasize to turn off your cell before entering as to be considerate to everyone else.

Receptionists were helpful. Clean place. Really cant beat the price. I can see how theyve won their local massage yearly. I think my massage therapist was Lucas. He was very good. Firm to medium touch. Cranial portion per my request was very good. Full body covers entire body briefly with focus on where youve requested. $45 for hour. Next time Im in town, Id definitely make time to come here again. :)

Not a soothing atmosphere. Lights were not dimmed, door left open (low privacy), oils used had no scent. However, muscularly speaking, they got a lot of my knots out. Consider coming here purely for muscular reasons, but dont come here for the whole relaxing spa experience.

Andy! He did a wonderful job if you like deep tissue. Nestled away behind lots of trees and flowers, great value for your $. Very clean and professional. What a perfect treat!

Glad we have our own foot spa in town. Stay in Half Moon Bay longer get your foot massage and have some dinner in the town, and avoid all the traffic.

Great service and such a bargain! They have $30 hour-long foot massages on Monday and Tuesday, which is insane even after you add a $15 tip.
