I have never had such a great customer service experience at a Verizon store (or any store, for that matter) than I had yesterday. Giovani went above and beyond what most customer service reps would do. Ive had some phone trouble lately - when it rains it pours- and I had resigned myself to just suck it up and pay full price for a new phone. When I explained my situation to Giovani, he actually used some critical thinking and figured out a way to get me a new phone for less AND reduce the cost of my plan. Nobody has ever done that before! He also spent so much time restoring my old data, which Ive been told in the past was impossible. Hes got the tech side and customer service side covered. While I was there, he was able to gracefully multitask and help other customers. He never missed a beat and tried to get everyone the same kind of deal he got me. He really cares about people and its obvious. Thanks again, Giovani!

Extremely rude and had extremely vulgar music playing. A clerk I dealt with was extremely rude and nasty towards me music in the background had extreme vulgarity in it including cursing and blatant innuendos I was appalled and left immediately after this will never go back there
