[I posted this on another review site because I am really happy with the service I got from Steve and Luis. I was more than happy to write this review for the service I paid for and was not compensated for this in any way.] ClickAway in Monterey was so goddamn awesome and they gave me service above and beyond what I was expecting. I would think it’s to the degree of what I imagine is that of an Apple Authorized Service Provider* (*they’re not quite certified yet as of this writing). Steve was really awesome at customer service, but Luis was a super star, in that he was really cool and did the labor on the upgrade to my Mac Mini. I have a late-2012 Mac mini server (the one with two 1-TB drives) that’s been lagging for the last three years and have been wanting to upgrade. I maxed out the RAM and realized that things wouldn’t be peachy until I upgraded the hard drive to an SD. I got two SanDisk drives off of Ebay at a great price to replace the two traditional drives my computer came with. Being a cheap bastardo, I then googled the install process and saw that the physical labor of replacing the drives would be the most difficult thing ever to do it myself. I didn’t mind paying for someone to pry open my computer if they knew what they were doing. I found Clickaway and called them up on a Tuesday to get it an estimate for swapping out my old hard drives for the SSDs I bought. I got assurance that they could swap the drives, easy peasy. I would be charged labor and the price for a bracket I would need to tie the two drives together. The bracket was estimated to come in on Friday and would cost an additional $40. I made a boot drive on a USB and I would restore OS X from that and a Time Machine backup after I got my computer back; they offered to do it, but I didn’t want to pay for that and they didn’t object. I brought my Mac mini in on Saturday (I was too busy on Friday) with my two drives and two enclosures (to put the old hard drives in). I ran some errands and then waited patiently like I imagine a person waits on a loved one having surgery. I was hoping that that the install would not be the most difficult thing ever and I definitely did not want any complications. They delivered on time and as promised. They also did me a huge solid. Remember that bracket we were waiting on? They could have charged me for installing it, but they didn’t because my computer already had the part. I wouldn’t have known otherwise and I appreciate the honesty that was provided to me. They also dusted my machine. I’m incredibly happy with my upgraded Mac mini. There have been no complications since I restored OS X to how I had it before replacing the drives. OS X loads in 15 seconds and Photoshop and InDesign load in about 20 seconds each; I haven’t really seen the rainbow beach ball of death since my upgrade and I’m incredibly pleased. Thanks fellas!

This store has the worst possible services. They open up and try to fix phones that they do not knowledge about and then they blame others for their incompetence. My phone was there for a month when initially they said it is going to take only 2 hours. I received ZERO phone calls from them during this time, not even once to inform me that they are sending my device around to other places to get the fix that they could not perform. They broke my screen also in the process which had no problem before and I had a "Gold Service Guarantee" which I bought it from them and cost me $200. Over this period I had interaction with all of them who work in this place and they all lied to me one way or another, about the phone status, about the Gold service insurance and more. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. I was lucky to get a new device when I called Verizon and they filed a complaint about them.

I went there to get my first phone! An iPhone!! I had my eye on the iPhone 6 but, then Luis (the store manager) helped me realize that the iPhone SE was better. Not only did it have a better camera but, it was also a better phone for the same price!! I also had my eye on a grip case and a cover screen but, then Luis helped me again by suggesting a waterproof case instead. I got the waterproof case and realized that the waterproof case was a 2 in 1! They really made my day and now I have a great phone that will last me a long time!! I had my eye on other, more expensive things! But walked out with even better things at a better price

Steven and his associates are what every Verizon store should model. Customer service shows they take pride in their work. So easy to talk to and more amazing is that they really listen to you. We live in South Monterey County and travel by lots of other stores and it is so worth a little more drive time to visit this store. Great job guys! Thank you

Cant give a 0 star, Called after smashing my camera glass on brand new Samsung Edge. Steven ordered a part and said he would call. Three weeks and about 5 calls later. He claimed he reordered part and would call me last week. Havent heard a word. Terrible service........
