Terrible communication, Senior guy raising his voice and being rude over the phone to customer, accurate monetary estimate but time wise was totally off, and will never do business with again and would advice to stay away. the overview: they gave me an estimate of cost and when it would be done, i told them to go ahead, 10 days later i call to see if the laptop is ready and if i can pick it up. I was told no progress and they stated they had not got the go ahead to order part, even tho i called a few times after dropping of the laptop to see if they could speed up the process, but my verbal response was always not yet, but we will try to fit it in tomorrow. The worse was when their guy was rude over the phone, when he realized that they had not ordered the part and hence could not start working on the laptop until that part arrives. This is 10+ days after i dropped of the laptop and gave them the confirmation i wanted to go ahead with the job. Even worse i had to pay extra to cover the priority shipping instead of the slowmail. By far the worst computer repair company i have ever dealt with, but after multiple delays they did install the part properly, which is the only upside.

I was considering trashing my old desktop and buying a new one soon for my home office. I stopped by NCAL to just take a look and see if I could get some more time out of the old one first. Long story short is I had NCAL rebuild my old desktop computer about 1 year ago. It still works perfect and is lightning fast at processing, uploading, & downloading. No need for a new computer. They put in a new mother board, fan, & windows 7. Very happy and contacting them again for some internet upgrades at my business location.

My dad and my brother and I have come here for computer parts since I was a kid. This is a great little family run shop. The guys working here know their business and make good recommendations when I am looking to upgrade parts or build a new machine. Anyone that is looking to build their own workstation I send here to price it out.

Went in to have my laptop looked at, I had no idea what was wrong with it. I was helped almost immediately and it turned out to be a real quick fix! I was charged nothing for the process, and the person who helped me explained what was wrong with my laptop. Would definitely recommend NCAL to other people with computer issues.

I got a uber gaming computer from these guys for wayyy cheaper than best buy or frys go sell me. And they customized it to my specifications. I found my computer store for life, i hope they never go outa business.

They let you drop off your computer anytime without an appointment unlike Best Buy. But they never called to update me in what was wrong with the computer and an estimate of when it would be fixed.
