Worst possible experience!!!!!! Took my phone in for a screen repair and they told me to come in the next day at 10 am if I wanted a same day repair. So the following day I returned with my phone and they told me they would take care of it. I called at 6 pm seeing that they close at 7pm and they took about 5 minutes to realize they even had my phone. They then informed me that my phone was beyond repair even though it was functioning fine(i realize the screen breaks sometimes beyond repair). They then asked if i wanted a quote on a new phone after they didnt have my old one for some mysterious reason that they couldnt really explain. So they added an extra 40 dollars to my old phone by getting me a new one and didnt have my old sim card for me again very mysteriously. Afterwards they made me pay for a new phone cause basically i dont have one anymore then i have to take it to AT&T for a new sim. When i take it to AT&T they have no idea how in the heck I need to update this phone without a sim or a previous phone. So even after getting a new phone without expecting one the employees all react like this is commonplace. Overall take your phone anywhere but here where their workers are incompetent and not even respectful when it comes to a device that can control your life so much. If i could give negative stars i would shame on you click away and your employees. If they at least had the decency to call me and update me on what happens i wouldnt even be mad but they dont even have common decency and overall arent competent enough to deal with people that need any kind of phone repairs

I had very bad experience at Verizon Wireless ClickAway Mobile - San Ramon. I bought Verizon a HTC one phone, but could get $150 Verizon promotion repabe money as the store give me the wrong box. The code was no match with the product. I called many many time to the store, the issue has not be solved. Please go to other stores if you could.

Such a great experience I have by visiting Click away San Ramon. Specially Breanna and Paul.They are amazing troubleshooter and very polite and professional. During repair my laptop, mouse touch pad got some issue but they replaced it free of cost. I defiantly recommend Click away San Ramon for any type of laptop repair work

The personnel in this location are awesome!!!! No question is silly, each associate is polite, professional and knowledgeable. They treat each customer as if theyre the only one.in the store. Im persnickety about customer service, and these gentlemen get an A+ from me. Thanks guys

Breanna got me set up with a new phone when my old one was no longer working, she got all of my data transferred even though my old one was giving up. I am very happy with the service I received today, and recommend Breanna for any of the Verizon or techy needs.
