I recently had reconstructive knee surgery and went hoping to leave with the IPHONE 7 Plus (for myself) and add a new line for my 11yr old son.... Jenny, offered me a seat and after confirming they were all out of the phone I desired she proceeded to bring phones to me for my son. After spending about 45 minutes selecting the IPHONE 6 she went the extra mile to establish ICLOUD and new Gmail accounts. Jenny stayed after closing which was 6pm on a Sunday to assist my son and I making sure he was squared away. Jenny went above and beyond by helping me adjust my plan and features which enables me to monitor my sons activity. Im so grateful for her patience and willingness to help. I will definitely be going back to activate my phone as soon as it arrives. I highly recommend this location to anyone with VZW. Thanks so much Jenny! So I visited this Verizon Wireless branch because I want to know how much it would cost to add an ipad to my existing line. Online services at the time kind of doesnt work for some reason so I was forced to go here. At the store, I was greeted and helped by Neda and she also gladly assisted me in providing information about my options and how much it would cost. She was very helpful, accommodating and provided me great customer service. Also thanks to Mary for helping me process my employee discount from my bill. Excellent service overall and will definitely comeback!

Im a current Verizon Wireless subscriber and went in a with a new phone that I wanted to switch to which required a nano-SIM card. They wanted to charge me $25 for the SIM. Fortunately, they were unable to figure out how to get my Moto G5+ phone to work--claiming it didnt have CDMA (not true)--and so I saved the $25. Went to the Verizon store on Rengstorff and they installed the SIM and enabled the new phone for no charge.

This store tried to rip me off by telling me my new phone needed to have several parts replaced and tried to charge me $375, They also gave a very hard sell on a new phone instead for $660. I took it to UbreakIFix who said only the glass was broken and the charge is $229.

Wants to charge $20.00 each time a SIM card is switched over to new phone. Salesman did not know what he was doing and very huffy. Go to a different location for knowledgeable service where they dont charge extra for simple labor.

Jenny is very good and is patient and will make sure you are taken care of. I bought an iPhone 6 from her and she stayed with me the whole time and transferred all my data, printed my rebate coupons and got me all set.

Fraud. I purchased phone insurance from this store and when i went to use the insurance they refused to honor it and refunded my money. The difference was $53 between the repair and the insurance.

They charged $292 for a Dell laptop screen replacement. It took them 11 days to fix it. Terrible customer service. They even gave me the wrong charger for the computer when I got my computer back.
