Our school placed an order back in Oct. We were told then that it would take a couple of weeks. Well, it took about a month to get our order. Then only half our order came in. They then told us it we would have it the next week. We waited and it never came in. When we asked for our money back they told us it would be in 2 weeks. They gave the excuse that they have been overwhelmed with orders. Yet, why did they send only half an order? Now it has been 2 weeks and the other half of our order still has not come in. This is 2month now! This was our grade fundraiser for our field trip. We are so embarrassed because we are now trying to get our money back again and yet no response. If this company is for fundraising, they are VERY unprofessional. We will never use them again.

We used them for a fundraiser in April and were promised a delivery date of May 16 then on May 15 received an email saying there was a delay and we would receive the popcorn on May 23 and that didnt happen. We have emailed with no response and called several times but their number "is not accepting calls" sounds disconnected to me. We have students who worked so hard to sell popcorn to raise money and they will be so devastated and parents will be so upset.

Delicious popcorn and slow customer service. Came to this establishment a couple of times and on both occasions we came and no one was at the front counter. We waited a couple of minutes before a gentleman in the back of the store shaking a large plastic bag of popcorn stuck his head out and said hed be with us shortly. Waited and waited and waited...no one came out in a reasonable time so we left and wont be back.

OMG this popcorn is fabulously delicious. I lived all the flavors I purchased. I had no problem trying the different ones that appealed to me, 4 total and I purchased 5 different flavors. Ive found a new love for the Rainbow popcorn. I think they called it Fruity Pebbles. I enjoyed that the most. Prices were reasonable and service was great. Will return next time Im in area.

Why are you advertising being open today and closed? Drive down waste of time and gad. I try to support black businesses but thus seems to always be the main problem being open on time when you say you are going to be. Off to Popylicious
