Worst customer service. The employees were friendly however never informed me on why my food is taking over 20 minutes and have SEVERAL people get their food quickly and leave. I ordered a double chicken bowl and after 20 minutes no word on when it will be ready. I had to get my money back and go somewhere else. Even the refund was clumsy as they felt the need to tell someone in the back that I was asking for a simple refund instead of just starting the process. I will not be returning. If I wanted service like this, Ill just throw money into a pit of fire and pray for a chicken bowl...

The place has been nicely remodeled. Excellent food and service. And besides, your ancestors didnt come to this country speaking English!!!! Ordered chicken tortilla soup and it was taste horrible. No taste of cheese at all, Ralphs tortilla soup is better than this! My wife ordered clam chowder soup and she said it is OK. Burritos are comes rapped in a an aluminium foil and its soggy if you take home. I wonder why they cannot use paper to rap burritos; so burritos wont get soggy.

Service is ok. Always their is long line to order. Parking is ok. Good goos as well other pollo loco restaurant. Restroom clean. I used after a homeless used and smell no good. I love pollo loco but some restaurant are better than this one. I used wifi.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. For the first time going there it was a total disaster. Customer service in particular a young girl was soo rude to me ,and worst of all it continued. I would so not recommend this place. Terrible service
