Ive taken several of Mary Ellens cooking classes. Each emphasized different dishes using new and interesting techniques as well as some unique spices. This helped to make each class were both educational and enjoyable. In addition, the relaxed atmosphere she creates makes the experience not only interactive but fun. And of course, you get to eat the tasty finished products! I cant recommend Mary Ellens courses highly enough!

Update...we are still loving and learning so much at Mary Ellens classes! Fun for couples or just with friends....I always have a great time and bring home new ideas for the kitchen.
