Manager... I think her name is Yesenia.. SHE IS AWESOME. Very Very great service and clearly they train their employees well. I always seem to go in during a lunch rush and they handle it very well. Yall are great, the staff makes this pollo pretty good.

The staff at this location are great. They efficiently gathered for me a large, large, large huge order of wings, for a last minute party I was giving, which helped me be a good hostess. They were so warm and helpful, even though it was very late at night.

Great food, very good price, but too slow and crowded. Since many of the orders are for takeout, it would not hurt to put that third cash register to use and take orders faster during weekday lunch hour.
