I asked for half rice and half beans on my chicken bowl on two different visits. The first time they said that these items were pre-measured. They would not make alterations. Thinking I was misunderstood on my next visit I ordered the same and the receipt had easy rice and easy beans and the bowl was overloaded with chicken. Is it me or is our American service industry suffering in the past 10-20 years?
