The cashier got my order completely wrong. But they made up for it because when I went back to the cashier and I told them that they messed up my order they were completely apologetic about it and were happy to correct the problem. And most places usually are assholes about doing something like this and they tend to fix ur order only because they have to but when they do so, they do it with attitude in a rude manner. But they were happy to correct my order and they werent assholes about it. The only thing Id have to say I dont like is that theyre busy hours the store is packed and u cant find parking nor a place to sit and eat inside.

Service is outstanding but, thats their niché. Their nuggets must be made from the same substance as fluffy clouds on a perfect spring day. Obviously I love them. They skimp on the dipping sauce but, this seems to be the normal now. The employees raises must depend on how few cups they can give per customer (just a theory). Their little play place is in need of attention. Plus, when I brought it to the managers attention, he seemed as if he could care less. I had an awesome server or, random person who walks by and asks if you need things. Thats the reason for 4 instead of 3 stars

I cannot begin to tell you how unbelievably great the service is here at this location. I have spent hundreds at top notch restaurants and have not received as good as service as I have at this place. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The facility was impeccably clean. The Manager SIMON was the most professional and polite person I have seen in a very very long time. His staff is well trained and just as polite. What a great experience. Eat here any chance you get! This was the first Chick-Fil-A location I ever visited and I continue to come here from time to time. The service is great here. They have tons of staff working here so the service is extremely fast. The drive thru alone usually has 3-4 employees working the line taking your order so it moves really fast. The only downside is that is it smaller than the Northridge location so tables are very limited when they are busy

Love having a Chik-Fil-A place close by. Their service is always excellent. The food is more hit than miss, but I have been a bit disappointed at times too. Love their cookies and cream shake. Like all locations, the lemonade is way too sweet for my taste (I usually ask for half water half lemonade) and is made fresh. Never had bad service here, staff always go out of their to make the clientele happy.

The staff here are incredibly respectful and accomodating. Even in the heat of a July 4th rush as people piled in here to get some last minute grub before the fireworks show, they were courteous and even took my re-order (my mistake). Besides the always-awesome food, I couldnt be more pleased with the consistently genuine service and atmosphere at Chick-fil-a! Kudos for another winning restaurant!

Location is right on par with what makes this franchise so great: high quality food, great customer service, and a clean and welcoming environment. 4 stars due to a long wait on a shake, other than that I would recommend this location for anyone looking for quick food that wants to avoid sitting down in a typical fast-food environment. Highly recommend the peach shake if its being offered!

I dont usually write reviews but at Chick fil a I ordered my meal and the cashier asked me how my day was. When I told him I wasnt having so good a day he gave me the sandwich for free. Chick fil a has great service. Regardless of how you feel about Christianity, Christian values in a business can be a refreshing change from normal service at a restaurant.

This chicken is seriously very tasty. Best chicken sandwich in town and tastes like no other. Closed on Sundays, though, for what is probably a religious reason. There was some controversy about the company not supporting the LGBTQ+ community but... do you want a chicken sandwich or a political debate?

Grew up with Chick-fil-A in Alabama and Im so glad they are here. Its a great alternative, and a little healthier, than burgers. The Christian values are a big plus for me. Im very impressed with the staff. ALWAYS a smile and pleasant greeting. Ive never received an incorrect order.

Have ate here multiple times but after consuming and digesting their breakfast, 6-8 hours later was sick as a dog. Incredible nausea, diarrhea, with vomiting. Was surprised it got me that bad because i usually have a very strong stomach. Please be weary.

Me and my brother went in after a great day at six flags. It was my brothers first time and knowing this the manager made it a great experience by greeting us personally. It was exactly what I expect from this restaurant. Coming here was my pleasure.

Revised from 5 stars. Chick-fil-A now charges an extra $1.26 to substitute a side for anything healthier than fries. It was never the cheapest option, but it used to be a healthy option. Now its even more expensive... too bad.

Too expensive for rather bland food. The spicy chicken has no spice to it at all! The fries are cool though, being waffle/criss-cut style. Their barbecue sauce is also pretty good. Still, crank up the heat Chick-fil-A!
