Think "large" here. This Cheesecake Factory is located near the south west corner of the Topanga Plaza mall which is a very large mall. The restaurant itself is also very large. Perhaps the largest Cheesecake Factory I have ever been in. I have eaten at this location many times and have still not seen the dining area in the rear of the restaurant. Anyone who has ever eaten at a Cheesecake Factory already knows that the menu is also very large. It is more like a book than a menu. You are bound to find something on this menu that tickles your fancy though (more than just something) and the quality of their dishes is quite good considering the size of their menu. The portions that they serve is yet another thing that is large. I always walk out of there with a "doggy" bag containing my lunch for the next day. The area around the Topanga Plaza has many large aerospace and insurance businesses. This equates to a very large lunch time crowd and even though the restaurant is very large, there is often a 10 or 15 minute wait for a table between 11a.m. To around 1p.m.or so. One last thing that is large is the parking lot/structures at the Topanga Plaza. No matter what time of night or day, finding parking should not be an issue (except during the holiday shopping season).

Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed in my visit last night. Myself and my family were celebrating my husbands new coaching job and decided to have dinner at your restaurant. Although I was pleased with the timely manner in which the team was able to seat us, the waitress was a but preoccupied and passed us a few times before bread was presented to the table or a drink order was taken. Due to the fact that I too work in customer service, I was able to give her the benifit of the doubt understanding she was busy. Once my order was placed and received, I was highly disappointed in the Mac and cheese that Id ordered as a side dish. It was extremely watery and lacked in flavor. When expressed to the waitress, she said ok and took the side away. Not once did she offer to replace it or compensate me for it in any way. My suggestion to you if this issue should accure in the future is to make sure your customers receive all the food they pay for. As I may not continue to frequent your restaurant in the future.

Hostess told us 20 mins and it turned into a 30 min wait then the waiter came to seat us but he wasnt anywhere around and we stood there for another 20 mins to be seated at a 4 person table (We were a parry of 5) and one of my party members grabbed one of the chairs from the table across from us and the waiter told him he couldnt use that chair and gave him a smaller chair than the one he was sitting on that he brought from the front by the hostess and to top it all off they didnt give one of our party guests a plate, utensils, & napkins. Overall it was a terrible experience , the food was late, and the waiter was the 2nd biggest idiot weve been serviced by in that location. Management needs to really look into who they hire and really screen them before they hire them.

Very nice decor but very crowded on Saturdays. This is great place for date nights or just for dessert plates but I do not recommended this place for families. The prices are not family friendly. I was disappointed with the hostess service because they seem disorganized. I was waiting for 25-30 minutes to be seated after watching many people come in after us, and being seated before us. They hostess also called my reservation "Wendy for two" when the other hostess clearly put my name in as "Wayne for two." I almost missed our table reservation because of that blatant mistake. I will not be visiting often but every once in a while for special occasions.

I enjoy coming to this place. A surprising uncharge when I asked if I could have mac and cheese instead of mash potatoes with my Cajun chicken littles meal. It matters to be aware of an upcharge when asking for a substitution because I would have changed my mind. The waitress didnt mention an uncharge just amended the amount to addition 3.45 more. To often waitstaff is taxing your bill to get more of a suggested tip. I wonder is corporate aware of this or simply suggesting it. I will definitely find out cause I will notify them myself. I have the receipt to prove it. Tacky way to get a larger tip. Just disappointed in that practice.

Made a reservation and was asked to give a name and a number to text when they were ready. We were told a twenty minute wait, which turned into fourty minutes. Finally got called after complaining. As we were walking to our seat I noticed at least 6 spots open that were clean and ready to go. Which meant the host staff was kinda lacking. The redeeming quality was our waiter. He made the whole experience better. Was attentive and prompt to refill our drinks and super friendly. Food was great of course. Just dont go on a Sunday night unless you like waiting.

Today, me and my pals came to the Cheesecakes Factory looking for a good value. What I got was so much more. To begin with, our server Felipe started an engaging conversation with us. Additionally, I was pleased to discover that by ordering both the Korean Califlower, AND a side of french fries, I could acquire one of the highest calorie to dollar values available on the menu. Overall, the combination of gorgeous ambience, exceptional service, and delicious food made this experience unforgettable.

The only time I come here is when my friends and I have difficulties deciding and agreeing on a place. There are so many better places to try and taste then this place. The food is always consistent. Taste, price and fat. LOL I have had so many things from here and all of them have been ok. Nothing to die over. The Ahi Tuna salad is NOT good even though they charge you more than $15+ for it. However, their Ahi tuna carpaccio appetizer is yummy so opt for this when you are feeling fishy.

We loved The Grove location of this excellent upscale establishment. Great service, impeccably prepared food, friendly staff and a wonderful view from the outdoor patio on the upper level. Great for people watching and conversation over Filet Mignon and perfectly paired wines. Dessert was perfect and delicious as expected. Prices are what you should expect from a high end restaurant. Very reasonable and worth every penny. Highly recommended.

You cant go wrong with coming to The Cheesecake Factory. Their menu is a book long. If you have friends or family that are picky eaters, Im sure they will find something on this menu. I am obsessed with their Ahi tuna salad is mouthwatering! The dressing for this sauce makes your taste buds scream with good flavor. I love it. If I was stranded on a Island this would be my meal choice. Only annoying thing is the wait time.

My friends and I have been to this restaurant a hundred times, literally. I can name ten dishes from here that are all amazing. The bread wine salad pasta steak... All good. Its comfortable environment I can come in work out clothes or dressed up score going out. Its that sort of place that you can have a mix of everything. Its a date place a birthday place a dinner for friends, a place to just drink.. I love it!
