If you have the opportunity to have RCR at your event, hire them! The food is amazing, service is excellent, and the displays were perfect! I could not ask for anything more from Rock Chef Rolls. If you see their food truck, get the fish tacos, they are amazing!!!!

Rock Chef Rolls usually.... well Rocks. Ive had many things on the menu and they have all been excellent. I love the salads. Today, however, I ordered a salad and it is not fresh. The "crispy wontons" are limp and the whole salad is soggy. Very disappointing.

All i can say is WOW! being in LA for so long you come across tonsss of Food Trucks but Alberto is an amazing chef who is bringing a whole new game to the food truck world, you have to try it for yourself

Just an amazing food. Chef Alberto is not a cook, hes a magician with food!!!! Never been disappointed with any of the chef Albertos amazing dishes!!!!!
