We used Pristine to replace tankless hot water heaters that were insufficient with a bigger Navien tankless system. I shopped the Navien website and had two unacceptable experiences with local Navien dealers, then, gratefully, I found Pristine. The job turned out to be complicated and it seemed at every turn, we faced challenges. Dwain was amazing and was personally invested in making us happy and satisfied. We went over some bumps and didnt initially solve our issues but Dwain worked through everything until all ended well. As far as the overall experience, there was attention to every small detail to protect our home and leave it unharmed. They taped down red construction paper AND felt walking paths all through the areas where work was being done. There wasnt a scratch or bang anywhere. Our home was left in the condition it was found. The technicians all wear tidy uniforms and look sharp and well groomed. I have to say, after having a lot of work done by various companies, no one ever did as good or dedicated a job as Pristine.

I had a leak coming from my upstairs master bathroom down to my dining room downstairs. I called multiple plumbers from Yelp and nobody was answering their phone until I called Pristine Plumbing. I was so relieved and grateful that they were able to send somebody out right away to assess the situation. The lady that did answer the phone was so sweet and kept me informed on what to expect. Like other reviews mentioned they send you an email with the picture of the person that will be coming to your house so that is neat, since you will be letting a total stranger into your home. The two men that came were awesome, the only downfall was that they cant open up walls if your home was built before 2000 unless you have an asbestos test done, for safety reasons, so that delays the process a few days and costs a little bit more money. Other than that they came in made the repair within an hour and I got my water running. Overall, I would recommend them just keep in mind they require the asbestos test if opening up a wall.

Of course, price is always a factor, but even more important to us when hiring a trade contractor is customer service and excellence in workmanship. We’ve used Pristine Plumbing as our exclusive Plumbing Contractor since 2008. They finish at least 90% of the projects they complete for us as the clients “#1” or “favorite” trade – a truly astounding feat considering that it takes hundreds of workers and 20-30 various trades to complete a project. I would recommend Pristine Plumbing to ANY individual or builder who is looking for the highest quality of work at the fairest price.

Had a situation unfold at around 9:30 pm, and I really needed a plumber to replace a piece that came off. Because this piece came off, the entire water flow to our home had to be shut off. Pristine Plumbing was the only company out of three 24 hour hour (advertised) plumbing services that responded. Jim phoned and was so incredibly understanding. He arrived around 11pm, dressed professionally, and had replaced the piece swiftly, as well as tackle another small issue we had ongoing, and were putting off till the next morning. Thankfully we had Jim here as his good instincts reflected that our small issue weve had come up a few times in the past two years is actually a larger issue...(3 feet of fragile sewer line due to tree roots) ... showing us this with a camera he was using. We are very grateful to Jim and Pristine Plumbing. They live up to the name Pristine!

I recently left Pristine Plumbing a review with a detailed account of the services I received. I would say that I was satisfied with the quality of work. The plumber was punctual, very knowledgeable, and courteous. However, in my previous review, I felt that one of the services done (replace toilet closet flange) was a bit on the pricey side. To my surprise, I got a call from the owner, Richard, the following day. He mentioned that his company is committed to customer satisfaction. We had a brief conversation and he said that he wanted to me to be completely satisfied and offered to refund a portion of the amount I paid. I was very impressed with the way Richard reached to me and mitigated the issue. With that said, I would definitely give these guys a call for my future plumbing needs. A+ in customer satisfaction.

Called them up to replace my very old faucet, they were able to fit me into heir schedule the very same day. The controller kept me up to date as to the arrival time of my plumber. Loved Anthony, he was polite, courteous and had my new faucet installed within 1 hr. He gave us a good quote, plus your standard 1 yr warranty and answered all of our plumbing related questions. Anthony was clean, uniformed, wore botties upon entering the house, set up a tarp in his working area and cleaned up after finishing the job. He was very thorough in testing all sink items before leaving and making sure the garbage disposal still worked after the faucet install. I would definitely recommend this company and Anthony to any of my friends. Will call this company again for any future needs. Thank you Anthony

Rob was the technician. Beware, stay away from him /the company. Ripping off customer for an emergency call. Replaced two parts in the water tank of the leaking toilet that cost no more than $20 and charged $669! No communication. Hardly explained what caused the leaking - not verbally, not in the invoice. Trying to exaggerate the issue so we would hire a restoration company he called out for us. That company continues the lie and wanted to rip off us and our insurance company. Their estimate was $5000+ but there was no piping issue at all - two other companies later confirmed this! I cannot imagine using Rob or the company once again. I will continue to share my experience on review sites to warm other home owners! Very very disappointed!

Highly recommend! We recently had a variety of home improvements made to our home. Plumbing was a key element to several things that we did. We replaced our flooring, and needed toilets going out and back in to start with. We also discovered that our refrigerator water line was frozen in place when we needed the refrigerator out to install flooring. Dwain showed up on time and installed and repaired everything necessary. He clearly explained what needed to be done and what the charges would be. I loved that he and his helper, Sergio, wore booties while they were working and cleaned up their work area spotlessly afterwards. We will definitely be recommending Pristine Plumbing( & Dwain) to anyone we know needing help with their plumbing.

I had my kitchen pipe leak due some food disposal back-up. One of their plumbers named "Dwain" came at the appointed time and did a thorough job and tested everything, replacing corroded pipes and over-used and old food disposal that caused the problem with a better one. He explained what and why he needed to do certain work, so it was good. He was professional and seemed to know his stuff, so I have no complaint. I believe they take pride in doing good job and explaining to customers what and why certain things needed to be done, and do not take short-cuts that will lead to problems later on.
