I was really impressed by Mr. Franks work and service today (Aug. 03,2010). His estimate was lowest but his work was most reliable. He made good works at competitive price. He advised me of the best way of maintenance and remodelling in plumbing, wood works, kitchen, and bathroom, etc,.. his recommendation was good and helpful. He was trying to be in side of Home owner in effictiveness to save time and money. He is reliable and recommendable,.. I am happy to find the good worker like him is in our neighborhood

What a disaster: High fees, and the work wont last long. We had several jobs done, half od them - water heater and water pump - did not last long. WHen I asked to come back for a free inspection of this faulty work, I did not get an answer back. The pump worked for a few months. Th e new company that replaced the pump informed me that he used a cheap pump and improperly installed it. Same thing, the water heater broke after a few months.

I called Mike Diamond but they would not give me an estimate over the phone (needed a new toilet installed). I called Western Plumbling and he gave me an estimate and he was at my house in under one hour. He even offered to meet me at Osh to assist me in selecting a toilet! He was polite, very clean (and I am very picky), and he even did a bunch of caulking FREE of CHARGE! Excellent work. Reasonably priced. I will definately call this company again.

Called Western Plumbing (Frank) for an estimate which the "name brand" companies refused to give over the phone (Mike Diamond, etc.) Showed up at the house right on time and not only quickly installed the new parts for the shower head and toilet, but also instructed me on how to do the install myself. Frank was the epitome of a professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again.

Fast Response deserves a fast yelp response!! I searched pluming on Yelp and after making my way down the list with no luck, these guys answered and came out within an hour, had the pipes clear and fixed in a zip! We are a very busy Orthodontic/Pediatric office so we have zero time to waste!! I still cant believe what a breeze this was I LOVE IT!! Highly recommended!!

Highly Recommended! Was referred to Frank by a very trusted friend of mine. Contacted Frank regarding our problem at a very late hour and he responded almost immediately. Scheduled a time for him to come out early the next morning. He found and fixed the problem pretty quickly and was very reasonable when it came to pricing. Would definitely recommend using Frank!

Frank Park is a very honest, quick, clean and professional. Hot water heater died. Called him at 9am, he rearranged his schedule and was at my house in an hour and the new hot water heater was installed just a couple hours later. With so many not so trust worthy contractors in the LA area it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Frank. Highly recommended!!

Definitely recommended. We needed to replace a leaking gas valve for our new range, and it was Saturday so we werent sure if wed get any reasonable quotes or service at all. Fortunately, not only was he available, but his pricing was very fair, his work was solid (as far as I could tell... the valve didnt leak anymore) and he was courteous and professional.

Frank, professional and honest! We needed a plumber for our main pipe replacement and earthquake shut-up value installation. Frank has done all these things timely and excellently. He politely explained and patiently answered all my questions (most engineers must have many questions :) I would recommend Frank to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Frank is a fabulous plumber. He always comes the same day I call, even if it is after 5:00pm. He always finds the least expensive way to fix my problem and even suggests ways of me doing my own minor maintenance to save money. He under bids all his competitors and has done several "look-and-see" for no cost. I wouldnt call anyone else.

Frank Park was a very experienced plummer. He also has a general contractors license. He find exactly the problem of my shower without breaking my wall. He finished his job very quickly and efficiently. he saved my money and time very well. I strongly recommend him to my family and friends.

Second time using Frank Park and again not disappointed. Extended my gas line to the backyard BBQ. Came out to give me a quote the same day I called and installed the line the following day. Very professional and left the job site clean after the work. Great to have a trusted local plumber.

i would recommend Frank for all your pluming needs! replies right away, explains the job thoroughly, gives you tips and tricks on certain things you can do yourself to save. if your having any pluming problems, give Frank a call. he will take care of you!

Called and was able to get me in within 24 hours. He was on time and very fast. He also showed me some things I could do to emliminate the problems in the future and some small fixes I could do myself. Very reasonable price too! Great experience!
