Our new HOA uses Stephens Plumbing. I called them and they came Monday 1/11/16. I had a leak under my sink and I had turned the shut off valve off. Plumber Salvador and his helper Mr. Luis show up on time exactly at 11:00 a.m. We spoke about the problem they got to work immediately Mr. Salvador asked Mr. Luis turned the shut off valve back on. it start to leak on the garbage disposal side. Mr. Salvador immediately said you need a new garbage disposal. I also told him about my cracked toilet. He went and bought a new garbage disposal and new toilet. They buy, replace both garbage and toilet in about 2 1/2 hours. My bill was so reasonable I was so in shock. My bill was cheaper than our old plumbers who charged me .$600 to put new faucets that I bought myself in my bathroom sink and shut off valves. When I had ask this company why so much they said the hot faucet is more expensive than the cold. They charge separate. I know that company ripped me off and I was traumatized by them. I had lost faith in ever calling a plumber. Stephens Plumbing is honest and reasonable. They are quick and professional. Thank you Stephens Plumbing. Casa Verde Estates.

When I realized I had to get my sewer line repaired, I was NOT happy. I knew I couldnt put it off, but I also did not want to deal with making an appointment and sitting around my house waiting for workers to finish when I had errands to run. My friend recommended Stephens Plumbing & Heating and I am so appreciative of their quality of service. They worked around my schedule and gave me many appointment time options, offered me a reasonable price, arrived to my house promptly, and finished even earlier than they estimated. Not to mention that any mess they made while working (digging, moving items around, etc.) they made sure to clean up before they left (Thank you David and Arturo!). This company is great!

Got a new property and had Stephens install an entire A/C system and furnace(my home didnt have any previous Central heating and cooling system) after getting different quotes decided to go with Stephens. Omar was very informative and explained the whole process and different options we had when he quoted us. Rob the installer was great and professional and Miguel ran new gas lines for the new furnace and explained everything that was going to be done. The whole crew was very professional and VERY, VERY clean when working on my home.

Last winter we called in because our heater was not working. We were quickly able to get a Stephens representative out to us. He actually got our heater repaired in about 15 minutes and even did so free of charge! Great business people looking out for the customer, we will always use them for any future needs since they took such great care of us!

Needed a technician for a Saturday emergency. They showed up in a few hours and got my air conditioner working. The technician was professional and the charge was very reasonable.
