I was a walk in today and didnt check in online. It didnt seem like a problem as they typed my name in the system and I waited 20 min or so. Wrong! A customer came in and they took him in right away. I understand they take in customers quickly if you go on their website and sign in. Ive done this in the past but I was so close to the location, I didnt mind the wait. I waited over 20 min well the 3 stylist took their time standing around chatting. There was no one around and I wasnt even acknowledged until I spoke up. Jesus I couldve got better service from a robot! So make sure you sign in on their website even if youre a walk in. Apparently youll be ignored and receive terrible customer service. I wont be back. Management needs to teach these ladies a thing or two on customer service.

I called and asked how accurate the online check in was, the receptionist told me that I did not need to online check in that there was no clients in at the time so I could just come on in. My family arrived within 10-15 minutes. Almost every chair was occupied as well as the waiting area. I was then told that there was way eight online check ins that have not arrived, my esitmated time would be 35-40 minutes. Just diappointed that they will tell you one thing to get you in then act like they never said it once you arrive.

The WORST haircut I have ever had. I realize its just a $13.00 haircut but Ive been to the Corona Great Cuts and had no problem. I only needed a trim so I thought I would try this location. First of all I think the person they let cut my hair was the receptionist. It was obvious she did not know the first thing about cutting hair. She didnt even know how to hold the scissors properly. The atmosphere was friendly and maybe I just got a hair stylist in training whatever the reason it was very disappointing.

I have serval friends that work here .. I have heard that the manger is very unfair with the hrs she never works on sundays and latly she has been caliling in every night she has to work but gets mad at the others if the do the same its not fair to see the others have to work harder to pick up the slack of the manger. The girls never get raises cause the owners always have reasons on why they cant have one .

Pros: their online check-in cuts out the waiting time. Cons: bad haircut. The stylist ignored me when I told her my shoulder-length hair needed to be sectioned off for cutting. She hurriedly chopped it off and now the ends dont lay right. I may give then a second try after this bad cut grows out, but next time if the stylist refuses to cut my hair as I ask Ill leave.

5 minute haircut for $14. Did not pay attention to quality whatsoever. Asked for a simple fade and all the lady did was shave the side hair off and put gel on. Ive had bad haircuts before but this beats all. Unfortunately I will not return to this place lesson learned.

I checked in online and it helped me save a lot of time. The price is high for the haircut that I get so when a coupon comes in the mail I run over to get my hair cut. The ladies are all wonderful.
