This company raves about its 100% guarantee, but less than one week after picking up my truck, paying well over ten grand for the repairs. I found defective parts with key components on them falling off. I was told no refund no exchange and i dont know anyone else that can help you. Jees shouldnt there at least be a longer than one week warranty? I guess if you like being forced to buy defective parts then shop here but do not expect good customer service from Rigo. After you pay there is no more service.

I had a very positive experience at Imperial Body Shop, which was recommended to me by a friend. The employees were professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I went in for an estimate, and they ended up keeping the car then and there, getting me set up in a rental on the spot. My contact at Imperial Body Shop consistently kept me updated on the status of the work. I got my car back in great shape, and they took good care of it!

Dont go to Imperial Body Shop. Hostile service. Good work on the area of damage but they trash the rest of the car and replace your nice quality parts with barley functional ones at best. I took it back to repair the damage that they caused that they "guaranteed" they didnt do, and the repair was also way below par. Not only that, but there were multiple new chips and dings in the body. Not recommended.

Repair took over a week longer than estimated. Work was not completed satisfactorily (parts were installed wrong and on final inspection I pointed this out). Muffler system broken during body work (only discovered later). Dash panel screwed in so tight that screws broke the panel (discovered later). Staff was pushy about being rated highly if insurance company called to ask about them.

My daughter crashed the Ford Focus on the front end. Rigo from imperial body shop was instrumental in getting this vehicle repaired in a timely fashion. The repair was flawless and the paint was exact. I had several people look at it and they couldnt tell where the repairs started and stopped. Weve been coming here for years. This is the only shop I will use in the future!

I took my car in to have the bumper shot and there was over-spray all over the car when I got it back. When I took it back to have the car rubbed out , the owner ( Grigor ) questioned it this really happened as if he didnt do it. The car cost me over 70,000 dollars and it is unbelievable that a shop could do that to such a nice car.

I took my Honda Odyssey to Imperial because the electric side door was jammed. The dealer wanted $500 just to remove the indoor panels to diagnose the problem, but Imperial did it with no charge. It turned out to be a simple repair and they fixed it saving me hundreds of dollars

AAA referred me here and they did an amazing job. They finished before estimated date, all the damage was fixed perfectly, and they even cleaned the inside of my car a bit. Theres a reason theyre a gold tier repair shop with AAA.

Called for quote on simple service and told its a busy location and felt like they did not want to bother with my problem. Probably because was not a big enough profit for them. Bad service do not bother.
