Took the car in for a repair of the hood. Was involved in a small accident where I was not at fault. Mercury insurance was to take care of accident repair details. Auto Perfections told us there were chips and bird poop that could have stained the hood and they would not be responsible for that. We acknowledged the situation and agreed not to have extra work done to the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle noticed there were cracks all over the hood which were clear coated over leaving the car hood looking worse than was prior to work being done to it. Bird poop stains and rock dings are completely different than cracks. Their service is horrible and workers are rude and will get in your face if you tell them their work is bad

The staff is great and they try to take care of all the problems. I have had 2 different cars worked on their by them and all the time I am happy with the service and the work. They even went the extra mile when my insurance company was getting to be a pain in the rear. I would send my staff and personal friends to this auto shop.

I had my work done here after being in a minor fender bender. The work done to my car looks great and their customer service was outstanding! If you have mercury insurance, get your work done at this shop.
