WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I had my GL450 repaired and will NEVER go back to this place! Unorganized, unprofessional, unprepared, and very presumptuous. First red flag, I called to schedule a date to drop off my vehicle. I was on hold for a long time then they could not find my quote in their system. "No problem, bring the car by." When my husband dropped off the vehicle they gave us a different quote estimator who had to write up a new quote (original quote could not be located). Same car, same repairs but this secondary quote was more. Unfortunately, the original quote was already submitted to our insurance company and a check was issued. When I went to pick up the car they had to take it back to do some minor adjustments. The bumper was not flush to the chrome plate so there was a gap large enough for rain water to drip down. Anyways, after we paid and left my husband gets a call from Morris Lawrence who is the Store Manager. What a conversation that was. Went something like this, "The Insurance Company stopped payment on one of the checks so how are you going to pay for this? You better get down here and pay with a credit card. I need to know how you are going to take care of the $1300 repairs!" Horrible Customer Service skills. Not sure what management training program he came from. When I called AutoNation the receptionist said he was busy and could not take my call. She said, "he called about the $1300 balance and wants to know how you are going to pay". I gave her a credit card and called the insurance company. Apparently there was a mix up and they will be reimbursing me for the covered repair cost. I will definitely share my experience with the insurance company and perhaps other customers will concur. P.S My second red flag- there was an additional part that was needed but not included in the original quote. They are suppose to call for an approval but did not. When I picked up the car I asked and was told "oh, I called but no one answered." Um, how about calling me again? I have to be clear, AutoNation is a stand along entity and NOT part of House Of Imports Mercedes Benz. I have the best Service Writer at the House of Imports!! He has worked on all my vehicles for over 10 years!

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with! From the time I dropped my car off until I went back after it had been there two weeks and my window was down so my leather had been cooking in the sun and if that wasnt enough. There wasnt any plastic over my leather seats and parts were sitting on my seats and trim pieces were also sitting on my leather which scratched my passenger seat pretty badly. I had my car taken somewhere else. My car sat there for 2 weeks and nothing was done except they took it apart assuming the insurance was going to pay to have it painted and then wanted me to pay for the unnecessary over work they did when they didnt have to until they knew what the insurance was or wasnt paying for. So my car is now totaled over a little dent in the bumper. Before they even got into my car they should have made sure they could get all of the parts needed. The problem came when they tore into it and couldnt get the parts from their sources after my car had been disassembled.My car is an 02 and Has been maintained by Mercedes since new and now I have a salvage title on a mechanically perfect car with 94k miles and 8k worth of maintenance done in the past 6 months.

Might as well gone to Macco. Went there 5 years ago, had 2006 MB C class worked on, excellent work. Took our 9 month old MB CLA there in Aug 2014 did a poor over all job. Paint job much less quality now. Not only orange peel and scratches in new paint but also put scratches on the undamaged areas. Inside of car had dust in every crack and corner and looks like it was baked in the sun, wipers,etc. discolored from sun. took it back to have paint redone on clear coat, all they did was buff it to death. I`m afraid to take it there again, always end up with more scratches than I came with.

My experience here was awesome! The receptionist is very friendly and the customer service is professional. The waiting area has coffee/ tea, cable, and AC, so I felt right at home. My car was sparkling clean when it was ready and looked practically brand new! Carlos B. is the gentleman that helped me and I definitely recommend this place to everyone! I have my entire family coming here and they have done a Great job fixing our cars!!!

I was very dissatisfied with this last visit to Autonation. The agent I was dealing with was terrible about returning calls, even though he committed to calling me back. At one point, I asked to speak to his manager and the receptionist told me she is paging him and he never got in the line. After about 10 minutes, the agent came on the line. I think the receptionist found him rather than seeking and forwarding my call to his manager

Had rear and front bumper get repaired here, Took some time but you want them not to rush it, the car came out looking great. The paint was 100% matched, no mistakes. Avis allowed me to return the car at the shop which was convenient. Customer service was ok, if I left a message it took some time to get back to me or will not until I called back.

Excellent customer service! Dave helped me out and kept in contact with me every time something came up, which i loved because i was car-less so i needed the process to be as quick & easy as possible. Also the receptionist, i think her name was Sara, she was so helpful and made things smooth as well...Thank you Auto Nation!!

Edgar G was awesome and detail oriented person! I got my 6 months old car restored to original condition using new OEM parts. Also they are fast and always keep you updated about the repair status. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
