ASK.FOR.JIM, HES THE MAN, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE,KNOWS HIS BUSINESS AND THE INDUSTRY VERY WELL, VERY GENTLE AND COURTEOUS WITH CUSTOMERS, HE MANAGED TO KEEP A SMILE ON HIS FACE THROUGHOUT THE TIME .....HE INSPECTED MY CAR ON THE HOIST AND WROTE AN ESTIMATE, I THOUGHT HE WOULD CHARGE ME FOR THE 45 MINUTE INSPECTION, BUT AT HIS MERCY, HE LET ME WALK AWAY TAB FREE, THAT WAS AWESOME, UNUSUAL ....HE ALSO TOOK THE RIGHT STEPS TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE HE WANTED TO EARN MY BUSINESS, EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT GET MY CAR SERVICED BECAUSE IT DIDNT FIT MY BUDGET AT THE TIME, I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY, WHEN THINGS HAVE A GREAT BEGINNING THEY USUALLY HAVE A GREAT ENDING...... JIM, THE OFFICE LADIE, AND WHO SEEMS TO BE HIS BROTHER IN THE AUTO REPAIR SIDE OF THE BUSINESS **NICE PEOPLE RUNNING THE SHOW** .....THE REST OF THE STAFF LOOKS LIKE THE USUAL EMPLOYEE, STANDING AROUND (body shop guy) WITH A SERIOUS FROWN ON THEIR FACE ( hispanic mechanic guy).... COMMON EVERYWHERE I GO .......... THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND HAS PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE.... IN CONCLUSION ...I ASKED JIM HOW GOOD IS HIS WORK, HE SAID, "ALMOST PERFECT" ..........I WILL NEVER FINDOUT FOR MYSELF ....... :)

I honestly dont understand how this company gets good reviews! Are they thorough, sure, but when it takes them double the amount of time to diagnose a problem that a dealership could, its pretty frustrating. I have taken my car to them 2xs and while yes they did do the work, both times it took 2 days (and they did not even finish....we told them to stop bc they said it would take a few more days to know what was going on)!!!! Maybe everyone else doesnt have anything better to do, but I had to get a rental car and most recently I had to just stay at home. I have 4 kids, this is the only car that can transport them all. I went to them for the price, but I will never take it back. HUGE inconvenience, and while I dont work, I do have young kids that need to go places and my husband works full time. On top of that, they tried to blame me and my husband for why they took so long. Front office was rude when we started asking questions as to why it was taking so long. I guess if the price is right people will do anything (like not have a car for days) to get what they needed. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car, 2004 Acura RSX to this body repair place because i didnt like what i was reading about the body shop my insurance company recommended. On the other hand Id heard really great things over and over again about this particular repair shop. I got in an accident, my acura had been rear ended pretty hard, no airbags went off, but it definately did alot of damage to the back of my car. When I got there I met Jim and he basically explained the entire process and timeline to me the first time I talked to him. I felt he was confident in the quality of repairs and that I had made the right choice in repair facilities. Last friday I got my car back, and you wouldnt even know it was in an accident at all. My acura looked fantastic, and I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service. I will definately be spreading the word about my experience at Fullerton auto repair clinic & body shop. This place is the best! Jim looked at my car a week ago from a minor finder binder and charge only $155 for parts and labor. He told me when Im ready to fix it, call him so he can get the small part. Give him a day and it will be done. I took it in at 9:30 am, it was done by noon. It tooked great, band new again. This place is honest and honor what they say they will do. The first place I took my car to for a estimate wanted $1180 for a new finder and some new sides instead of fixing it. They wanted my insurance to pay for it, but my deduction is $500.

First off Myrna in the office is just a sweetheart and kept me updated on the progress of my truck that had been at 2 other shops to figure out what was causing an engine code that Ive been trying to fix so I could pass smog. They found and fixed the problem very quickly for a very reasonable price. The shop will now have mine and my familys business for all of our automotive needs. Definitely recommend.

What a Great family to work with. Everyone is very knowledgeable with the Imports and Domestic. I have a 2000 Toyota Tundra Pre Runner, every day driver; and theyre the Only Group that has worked on my truck in the past several years. I recommend anyone thats near the area to stop by and have them diagnose any issues you might be having instead of getting reamed at the dealers...!!!

Hit a ditch in the road and immediately had a nasty rattling coming from my rear end. Went to these guys, as they were the closest shop around and they took care of it right away. Turned out to be a piece of wire wrapped around my driveshaft. They only charged me $15 for putting my truck on their lift. Great service! Knowledgeable techs. Highly recommended!

I accidentally scraped my new 2015 Subaru Forester on the passenger side with a cement pole commonly found at gas stations. I am told pearl blue is extremely hard to match because it changes colors. They did an excellent job!! Nice, friendly and very professional. My car looked brand new just like it did at the dealership. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Found this body shop to repair my Mustang that my girl wrecked. The price was reasonable and the employees were really friendly. Bottom line, Mustang came out looking great again. Ill be back soon to have them do my brakes and shocks since they do mechanical work too. They gained my support and yes I would recommend to others.

Mechanics that are fair on their prices, friendly and efficient.... rare find. I trust them w/o reservations. This is the place to go to for car body work or any general repairs. Great experiences for me so far without any bad "aftertaste". Material savings over ending up at the dealership and probably better served.

The employees are honest and so very nice, every auto shop wanted to charge me double the price to change out my alternator, where as the auto clinic charged me the price of the alternator and a little bit more to install it. I finally found an auto repair shop I can trust. Definitely recommend...10 stars **********

They have done work from brakes, sensors to front drive shaft. Highly-rated and highly-qualified auto repair shop!!!!

This is by far the best shop ever!! They are so honest, and being a single girl who doesnt know very much about cars, that is very important to me, as we can be easily taken advantage of. There has not been one time I have been to this shop where they have not gone above and beyond what they were asked.
