I brought my car here for an estimate and decided not to go with them. Let me tell you why. I dented the right front fender on my lease and wanted to get it fixed without filing an insurance claim and having my rates go up. So the guy came out and took a quick look at the car, came back and sat down at a computer and typed away, about 10 minutes later gives me an estimate of $2700 and 3 weeks and said I should just file a claim with my insurance, thats what it is for. I was in awe. After a nanosecond of consideration I walked out. There isnt enough lube for me to tolerate that kind of conveniece screwing. I went to the dealer and ordered the fender, which was there the next morning, price $116 with tax and everything, brand new OEM. A friend and I unfastened the 8 bolts holding the dented fender on and swapped it out. $10 for Carls Jr lunch for he and I. Then I took it to another shop (another review) that day and had it painted, $150. So, lets see Day 1 outrageous estimate left and ordered fender. Day 2 picked up fender, installed it, dropped off for paint. Day 3 picked up the car with the fender painted and color sanded to match car. So literally in 3 days, not 3 weeks, and for $276 vs $2,700 I had my car repaired and it was satisfactory when I returned the lease, and my insurance rates did not go up.

Today is oct 7th 2016, the lady which I call her lightly, was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL....at one point she got up out of her desk and attempted to confront me asking if I had a problem because I asked to deal with someone other than her. Her attitude was completely unnecessary!! Maybe they should realize if it wasnt for us PAYING CUSTOMERS she wouldnt have a paycheck!! She is the ONLY female there right now I do not remember her name. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention the fact I had a 9:30am appt and they claimed I had no appt. Will definitely be calling the REAL manager and I might even have to tell my insurance provider to stop sending people here. Then they proceeded to tell me they were way too backed up to even fix my car to begin with! Smh

JULY 2017 Ive always been satisfied w/Fix Auto which has been a pleasant experience every time I have dealt w/them. Never have I experienced rude or non- caring employees, always quite the opposite. So yes, I would recommend Fix Auto - Buena Park to anyone needing the services they perform. Im about to give them my car for a month, as I have a bit of damage & custom paint & I have no doubt they will make my car look perfect again! Theyve always been good to me! Thank You!

Excellent customer service. Great communication & when I picked up car, it was spotless and the tires look great.On a side note, I was also impressed with the lobby(Ie: coffee, water etc.. Not what I expected from an auto place

Wat experience they refuse to give a estimate couldnt give me a intelligent answer, but just 2 months ago I went there and got a estimate. Trying 2 blame the insurance company on way there shop cant give me a estimate

My 16 year old son hit a parking lot post on his second day of driving. Fix Auto repaired the bumper much faster than I had anticipated. This shop gives great service.

Cheap quality parts, dishonest emplyees, and uneducated at repairing vehicles. Dont recommend this place unless you have a cheap car.
