Very impressed!! This company, especially Frank Leurson, went above and beyond what I paid them for!! I called late afternoon with an electrical short, and he was at my house early the next morning. I ended up needing an entire electrical panel changeout on my outside panel due to a small fire. Frank, their lead technician, did a hot changeout, which meant they didnt need to call the city to shut down the power supply to my house (would have taken days...). No price surprises either: Frank always let me know exactly where I stood on the repair costs, and only proceeded at my approval. All the work was done before lunch. But the best part came later. My insurance company needed a letter from the electrician before they would pay my claim on my homeowners policy. I was so thankful that Frank took the time to compose, in his expert opinion, what was behind the cause of the fire. This was above and beyond the call of duty: he wasnt paid for helping me out with this; he was just happy to be of service. This epitomizes my whole experience with them: the customer always came first! Thanks Desert Electric!!

We had a great experience with our electrician his name was Charlie and he is awesome, he is very polite and understanding and wants to work he is a great person if u need help call main office and ask for him he ROCKS
