We had a new Trane gas furnace installed in our home last year. I really enjoyed working with the sales guy (Randy Ashby). I must have changed my mind half a dozen times on what I wanted and each time he got a new quote out to me quickly. Their estimate was about $800 cheaper than any of the other estimates we had received from others. I also appreciated that Randy wasnt pushy or constantly trying to get me to purchase options I wasnt interested in. I had a different furnace go out for one of my tenants and ACI was out same day to get it fixed.

Not happy with install, first we had gas leak and they responded quickly and took care of that problem, now we have a problem Inspection failed and it has been 3 weeks since it failed inspection and ne response, these items items should never have been missed things like no gas shut off valve at furnace, venting not done correctly, electrical problems no start up check sheet completed at time of install, drain for AC unit not at proper angle ect. Not to mention the minor damage to our floor during the install.

Technician was very friendly, but we needlessly endured a hot house with no air during the hottest week of the summer while they ordered wrong parts. Then, after looking at it a second time they realized they actually had the part they needed in stock the whole time. During the week we were asked several times if we would rather just replace the whole condenser unit rather than wait on the fan motor to come in. Would not recommend this company.

Weve been having continual problems with our air conditioning for more than a year now and have spent who knows how much money on this problem. The gentleman who came in had the situation under control within a matter of seconds. He knew his job well and showed genuine interest on getting the situation fixed immediately. Ive had ACI service my HVAC equipment at home for a couple of years now. They come out twice a year (for heat in fall, A/C in summer) and do a great job answering my questions and keeping my house comfortable. When Ive had to call them for emergency service last winter they were quick to respond and get me back up and running. I feel that the maintenance plan is well worth the money.

Had a Daikin ductless system installed by ACI. Incredibly friendly and professional crew did the install. They even put booties on their shoes every time they entered the house without us asking (which my wife really appreciated). Great experience with ACI and we are loving the ductless system, will definitely be using ACI in the future.

Called ACI after being stood up by another local company. ACI confirmed my appointment and Dan called me about 15 minutes prior to his arrival to give me a heads up. Very professional! I am very happy with the service and consideration I received from ACI and Dan.
