Ive been coming to this gym for about a year and a half now with my husband. Weve been working out and after I work out we usually tan. Im not the one with the membership but my husband is and he has the highest tier of membership. Today out of the blue a new girl that I have never seen before in the year and a half Ive been coming said to us in a very condescending way that I cant tan because I am not a member; that shes been addressing things with her staff because everybody there isnt doing their job. Her name is Christina. I will definitely be writing a letter to corporate indicating they need to have somebody with better customer service that does not speak to guest in a condescending way. It is not my fault that the staff there are not trained properly on the appropriate protocols. Again, I have been working out/tanning there for over a year and a half. And for Christina to be condescending to me is completely unacceptable. I dont know if shes really the manager or shes just some person on a power trip. What she needs to do is have training on customer service and not change "rules" at her convenience. Does she think this will make people happy or want to continue working there? What a joke.

One of filthiest gyms Ive ever been to. While there is a nice variety of equipment and machines they are never cleaned. Cardio equipment has dried streams of sweat from a multitude of previous users. There are no towels and the mats are so old that you cant properly clean them. I prepaid for a year but only after 6 weeks I am looking elsewhere. Suggestions to management, clean your facility and provide appropriate sanitation for the safety of your members.

Love love love this gym. A friend referred me and Im hooked. The classes are awesome and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive never had any issues with the equipment. Im 5 2 "...nothing too, "man sized" as the other review said. Overall great gym...Ive always had a 24hr membership that I rarely used because I loathed going there. Crunch has a way better atmosphere!

Probablpy the best value gym I have ever seen...and by value, I mean you get everything (or even more) than you would from a typical $30+ gym. I wished they had a basketball court, but for $9.95 per month or 19.95 (free guest everytime/ and all classes free... I attended Zumba and AB-solution regularly) you can really be too choosy.

It serves the purpose for a gym and a good workout. The locker rooms are pretty outdated. One (of the two) dressing rooms has had a "maintenance" in progress sign on it for over 2 months now and not one thing has been done about it. Also, the showers are pretty gross. Always wear sandals or shower shoes when taking a shower there.

This place looks great! Ballys was an okay gym, but Crunch has taken it to the next level.. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, which is important for someone like me who knows diddly squat about wokring out. All; the machines in there can really be overwhelming! I would recomend to anyone. Fantastic gym!

This is a great place to work out. The staff is friendly and the equipment is state of the art. I have lost 10 ponds in one month working out there. The price is a great deal that can not be beat in this economy. This place must have a great janitorial staff because it is clean.

Lots of dust on the pipes, hard to breath at times when working out heavily. Massage table very weak doesnt even give you a good massage as the one they have in Tustin crunch. Find that soap and paper towels go empty. Hate to have to remind em. Ready to move on to a better gym.

My favorite gym so far. Very friendly staff, 10 bucks a month and no commitment, weights have holes in them for easy handling, tanning (stand up style) is free with Peak membership.

I can only say that a friend is being ripped off of $300 by the Hemet branch of Crunch Fitness. Take a chance on any others? I think not, not when they allow thieves into the company

CRUNCH is OPEN 7 am til 11 pm mon-thurs, til 9: PM Fri, til 5:PM Sat & Sun. Always good trainers available & wide variety of training machines for a great workout.

Gym is very clean. They have equipment for every body part. The cardio machines are great. This gym is well worth the $9.99 per month. The staff are very friendly.
