As a first timer to crossfit , I was somewhat disappointed by this facility. After being recommended to try crossfit by friends , I picked this spot because its one of the closest ones to where I live. I first looked up their website and was directed to fill out an online form and if interested to try out upto 3 classes without being charged. Since I wasnt sure if I can just show up to any class without knowing any of the fundamentals of crossfit , I wanted to call and further ask questions. The phone no. listed would only allow you to leave a message but does not let you talk to a live person. As per their phone and website instruction I showed up 10 min. before one of the classes. I did notice that most of the coaches were busy and they have good amount of members there. After waiting for 30 minutes to talk to someone, not one person walked up to assist me. Perhaps the coaches might have all been busy or mistook me for an existing member but I thought they could have shown a little more effort to welcome new people to their facility. I have since visited other crossfit facilities and found their competitors to be much more customer service oriented and friendlier.
