The owner is terrible, rude, refunded my membership which is good but kicked me out because of one towel that went missing. I offered to pay for it, she handled the situation badly.. How is she in business? The steam room is almost always broken, very cheap cosmetics around the gym that are wearing away. One of 2 Jacuzzis is always cold. Broken sinks, showers and no good, staff is amazing but not the owner, staff like hers deserves a true leader. Boxing bag room almost never available. Only the staff i like because of how professional they are, gym and the owner needs an upgrade/attitude adjustment.

For weightlifters/bodybuilders: There are enough machines and free weights to accommodate the most elite IFBB pros on the planet, ergo; ALL in superb condition lacking the functional obsolescence seen at nearly all other gyms having been in operation for not only the same length of time but Id wager even those that have been around for 25% of the time this gym has been open for. This is NOT a horn tooting for a select type of trainer/gym user. This applies to all facets and types of training/exercising; A truly 360 degree supply to gift even the most "nit picky" shopper!

I dont understand why the ratings for this gym are so high compared to other gyms. This gym was filthy. It had really dirty floors and the equipment and machines were very old and squeaky. The locker rooms always had wet floors and was in desperate need of revision. I honesty slightly understand and can get over some filth. I cannot get over the unlevel floors. If you were to do squats in the same gym every week, over time you would have muscle asymmetry. One leg would be stronger and have more muscle mass!! $10-15 is cheap, but my body symmetry is worth more.

There are tons of gyms out there. I have been to quite a few but this one for the value beats them all. Hot tubs, Sauna, Steam room, tanning, pool, massage,giant weight room...if you want a meat market, this may not be the best around, (however their staff is hot) But if you want a good workout, great quality great people at a less than $1.00 a day, you cannot beat this gym.

Best gym Ive ever attended. The staff are friendly and make an effort to greet you by your name. The gym and olympic sized pool is super clean. The pool is heated, and beautifully decorated with real plants.Lots of windows surrounding the.pool and spa areas add an outdoorsy ambience. I love the place!

Thus is one of my favorite gyms that I have been to thus far. Lots of equipment so Im never waiting to use any. Very clean, and the 2 jacuzzis and lap pool are a nice touch as well. I like that it is family owned & also inexpensive. Happy to have my membership here.

My family loves this gym. I have my membership but havent been in a while due to a surgery. I miss it! Lots of treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. Big fan and looking forward to returning shortly!

Inexpensive and unique. Never very crowded and many different classes. Has a pool, sauna, hot tubs, and a weight room and day care.
