Place is a Joke. Employees if you have not been offered Benefits by now watch-out. Owners will look for reason to terminate you and replace you with a person eager to return to work and benefits wont be an issue for them to take the job. Members, the results you strive for and goals you meet are what makes you feel better inside not inside this gym. Sure theres an environment where you can learn new things concerning your health and fitness, thats at any Gym where people show up in their discipline. K.O teaches employees to intervene in when they hear members are discussing the things such as results, classes, food, or exersises that is normal during these moments when being social with other members; Only to discourage them and when asked by them for an answer, then encouraged to sign up P.T sessions at unreasonable prices if you really want the answers. No concern with a persons real well being and objectives. Cmon, finances control a big part of a persons happiness and they benchmark goals that come from the top down resulting in their happiness from bonus. Dont get me wrong if you can afford it, there are, im sure, employees that have not left yet due to whatever, that you can build trust and friendships that would shape your life. Oh, employees ill bet there still is no benefit package. reasonable that is! look at the owner and his chronic back problems. I knew he was lip service from the first time I seen this. Let me guess he knows he has the product to back what he preaches. Cant preach to things you dont have in your early 30s or things you will not have, or things you hope for cause its impossible, at this point, for you to to even speak on the methods that result in health. That is why there is a big employee turnaround, thats why they make it impossible to cancel memberships without at least collecting interest on the several months of monthly fees overcharged in case they due have to pay it back. Now, a fixture in the community, I think not when you struggle with members who want to cancel. Its just a matter of time to expose someones true nature.Who is that Isreali guy that co owns the mediteranian restaurant two shops down. Tell erick to sell you the business it would be a much better place your a fixture in the community with several establishments that are appreciated. Hes no fake. Minor asia is no joke.

I wasnt exactly sure what kind of workout I was signing up for when I first walked into KO Fitness, but I knew I couldnt walk back out and continue to feel the way I was feeling about myself and not do something about it...I was at the end of my rope. It was now or never for me. I met Brittany, who was very helpful getting me set up and ready for what I was about to start. Her encouragement is just what I needed because I still hadnt convinced myself that I could do this. One of my biggest obstacles was letting my guard down and trusting what my trainer, Daniel, was telling me I needed to do to become healthier. It went against all the bad advice I had been given in the past. It was such a pivitol moment. Its been 4 months now that Ive been here and its been life changing. The workouts are a challenge that I welcome, and I never walk out feeling defeated. Ive lost 5% body fat and my body is finally starting to take the shape Ive wanted for so many years. Im actually getting some muscle tone! My blood sugar levels are stabilizing, my anxiety is much more manageable and I have this overall sense of well-being and peace when I finish small group training (SGT) everyday. The best part is the people that I meet. They inspire me in so many ways and I know some amazing friendships are going to be established during the course of this journey. I dont ever want to stop coming here. To everyone at KO Fitness, thank you in the biggest way.

$39/mo when I signed up in July 2010. A bit expensive, but all the gyms in the area are this much. Loads of equipment--everything youd expect a full gym to have. A ton of classes are included in the membership. Its really everything youd want from a gym. Whats really exception is the staff--everyone is outrageously nice. I dont part easily with my money, but this is $39 well spent every month. Highly recommended. UPDATE: I was looking at my past reviews today, and found that my old review update (bashing this crooked gym) was flagged as inappropriate by the owners and removed. Nice, guys. I moved away from the area. Tried to take advantage for the clause in the contract that if you move more than 25 miles away, they dont charge you cancellation fee. When I called (from my new house more than 70 miles away), they said I had to come in and hand them a written notice of termination. Or, this girl told me on the phone, if I moved out of state, I could fax one in. If I was too far away in-state, it had to be certified letter (yeah, WTF?). And she told me that they charge an extra months membership unless youre requesting to cancel MORE THAN 30 DAYS from when the bill is due. Which they did charge me. What a bunch of jerks. And its really expensive, Fitness 19 just opened up on La Sierra (like a mile away from here)--go there instead.

I have been going to every popular gym around town for over a decade. In my experiences, I have lost weight on my own with little help and it took my own dedication with little help from the gym staff. KO fitness has by far, and I mean BY FAR exceeded my expectations in persona training and fitness. The personal trainers at the gym truly focus on your overall well-being and health. One of the main reasons I decided to give KO a chance was because of the small group training classes, I wanted someone to help with my form. On the very first day, I was encouraged and supported by the staff. By the second day, everyone in the gym knew my name. Within a week the members were calling me by name and cheering me on. Within a month, I have lost several inches and feel motivated to continue to come. KO is like family, community and strength all bundled in one. The owner exemplifies everything it means to have integrity and morals. I couldnt say enough amazing things about KO. Thank you for everything!

Im a junior in college and Ive been going to the gym on and off since my senior year in high school. Ive tried Crunch Gym , UFC gym, LA Fitness, you name it. But no gym can beat the experience I get every time I come to KO Fitness. I go to school full time and work 4 days a week so with a busy schedule , its always a challenge to drag myself to the gym... but at KO its simple. You sign up on your mobile app and get to work out in small groups with trainers who, without a doubt, genuinely care about their members. Not only are the trainers and all other employees welcoming, but so are the members. So youre not aimlessly working out worrying about if the people around you are judging you. You get a structured one hour workout every day and tips and tricks for nutrition. Ive never stayed at a gym as long as Ive been at KO Fitness (one year this month) and I dont see myself ever leaving. If youre looking for a game changer and a start to a happier, healthier life, KO is the place to go.
