I was excited to start working out at this gym after moving to MV. Its always clean and they have good equipment. However, I had a bad experience with the staff when trying to pick up my headphones which I had left behind earlier in the week. A day after forgetting my headphones, I called PF and spoke to a gentleman and asked if anyone had turned in my headphones. I described them to him to a T and he said , "Yes. They are right here at the front deskd". I gave him my name and told him that I would be stopping by in a few days to pick them up. He said that they would be holding them for me. When I went in asked for them, they were no longer there. The manager asked me to check in with her on Monday so I did just that. On Monday, she said that a staff member had given them to someone who had claimed them already. She said "sorry". What bothered me was that she had no solution or explanation as to how they can improve their lost or claim process. I had called looking for my headphones and I had given my name and said Id be picking them up. How do you mess that up? I thought theyd be holding them for the rightful owner. The manager even made things worse by saying that they didnt even keep items on hold that long, as if I had left them there for months. It had been 3 days. So what does the staff do, keep items that have been left behind?

I wouldve gave this place a 4 star until i found out the disposable winkies (the same ones i got for free in my home town) cost 50¢.. Aside from costing me an additional 50 cents on top of my black card membership, the employees dont greet me when i enter or leave the gym. Which is also what my old gym did (even a planet fitness I gave 1 star to in WNY did this). Im giving this place a 3 star review because of their selection of equipment & benefits for black card members. They have tanning, total body enhancer, hydromassage bed, & the massage chairs. Their stretching mats are also really dated, have holes in them, and arent really comfortable. Theyre very flat. The one thing Im most picky about is the employees greeting me when I arrive & leave. They just let me check in on my own without a friendly face, makes me feel unwelcome.

This has to be the worst decision I ever made to join this gym. Not only did I never use the membership but when I moved they wouldnt allow me to cancel the membership and then charged me an annual fee. When I called over and over to try and opt out they told me I couldnt because I had been using the membership. I have never stepped foot in the gym but I apparently I have been paying for someone else to. Please do yourself a favor and never sign up with them. The staff is never helpful when you call and they refused to give me their corporate number to launch a complaint.

I was bullied today by a woman that was twice my age. Management did not handle the situation properly I was very disappointed and sad. The manager heard the lady tell me she was going to kick my ass and she did nothing about it. The lady was mad over the 30 minute workout area. ( why have the 30 minute workout area if its not going to be done properly ) You can tell this lady was hyped up on steroids and for management to be ok with that is not a safe place to be. They lost 4 customers to keep one hyped up drug addict. So sad!!!

This was my first experience at Planet Fitness and it was overwhelmingly positive. I signed up for the no committment plan and had already asked to upgrade to the "premium" membership by the end of my tour. Sean was incredibly helpful and polite. The facility is beautifully kept and easy to find what I need. Im glad I came in today...looking forward to coming back!

I cant believe how hard is it to cancel this membership, a phone call is all that it should take to cancel membership. instead of having to go in or send in a letter. There is no difference if i am over the phone or in person. they accept membership online there should be away to cancel online as well. This is just one tactic to keep people from canceling service.

Good gym i dont understand why people say its a bad gym cause its not. They have everything tanning, massage, lockers, showers,treadmills, weights ECT. and for a good price too. I always get greeted when i come in. The only thing is that sometimes they run out of paper towels to wipe down equipment.

The equipment has not been maintained and needs to get serviced. The bikes do not have foot pedal straps and make loud sounds as if it needs to be greased. The 30 minute circuit equipment is loose and the weights get stuck. This is a bad franchise location.

One of the premiere up and coming gyms. I would recommend this gym to friends and family. The place is clean and staff are very attentative to your needs to be scucessful at what ever fitness goals you might have.

The place is clean and the staff is very attentive. Never had a problem with equipment being available like at other gyms. Nobody cared that I set the lunk alarm off. You cant beat it for $20

The personal trainer Markus is helping me to drop the extra pounds. His workout plan is great. Ive lost 15 pounds so far. He is very time efficient, so I am done in under 30 minutes.

It is awesome. Staff is really nice and friendly there are a lot of machines and equipment is so theres no waiting. And the best part is free pizza on the first Monday of the month

Mornings are calm and most of the place is clean. My only peeve is that the lockers smell like feet, maybe better or more frequent cleanings instead of just Lysol spray by staff.

Planet Fitness has a good concept of a clean gym and good equipment that is easy to use. The black card is a good value if you need other locations in your schedule.

Staff does not pay attention, nobody here ever seems to clean the machines after they are done using them. Facility itself is clean, love the hydromassage.
